The hotel smells awful, the staff were rude and very unfriendly. The rooms were disgusting and dirty, the bed sheets were stained and dirty. Really don't recommend unfortunately.

It's okay if you are staying just a night.

Motel smelled and was run down. No shampoo for shower, chair was rickety, no light for the desk.

Shower was warm and had high pressure. A/C & fridge worked. Bed was decent. Cheap & had rooms available during a busy time

Mattress was good, bed linen clean and warm, pillows were comfortable and the cable TV was great. That was all we were looking for to weather through the blizzard.

It was a pretty sketchy hotel. Old mattresses lined up in the hallway and old or new to them rolls of carpet. The (non smoking) room smelled like old cigarettes and broken dreams.

Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

Kinda looks like a jail cell in the rooms with the concrete walls. Basic amenities in the room make it feel more of a shelter than any kind of get a way stay. The staff are ok, but lack empathy or even customer service/etiquette. Hardly said a word and handed me a card leaving me clueless with a small child in tow, he told me after I asked where exactly I was going. A car had its back window smashed out at some point on the property, felt bad for that guy. The bed came with 2 very used very flat and off color pillows, and when asked for an extra. Sent without a pillow case. Paint was coming off the walls and there wasn't even a smoke alarm in the room. And the lock wasn't very secure.

Quick availability per that night specifically. Clean sheets and room.

It could of been a little cleaner but they were taking care of the older motel style hotel so I could see they cared about it so that made it better I think it some of the guest that might not treat it very good.

I very much enjoyed the customer service was better than some three stay hotels I have stayed at before.

Inadequate lighting in the room. The WiFi internet connection was sketchy at best. The AC unit was on then off then on then off etc through the whole day. Distractingly loud when on and distractingly silent when off. No breakfast - with COVID as the explanation why. The room like the hotel was very very dated with painted block walls, a small bathroom and some kind of seriously ugly plastic vanity. It does look however that they may be making changes as there were rolls of new carpet at the end of the hallway.

While I did not like the room, the bed was comfortable enough and the room seemed cared for and clean. I felt the staff were courteous and attentive.

They need to remodel the rooms with carpet and all facilities travellers need while they are staying there. The customer will come again and again but you guys need to make this motel clean and comfortable rooms

I had no problems until the next day . I was having trouble with my cards and getting the money all in one spot instead of several different cards. I was told I was broke and yelled at for being a liar because my card denied the payment in total instead of breaking it up between 2 cards.

I didn't get the extra towels i had asked for.. no big deal. There were enough.. 🙃

I didn't expect it to be as welcoming as it was considering what I've heard. But upon arrival, (which was way after check in) it was quiet clean and surprisingly inviting. The staff was amazing. 😁
