The cabin was very sparse a very small TV, the bathroom was very small and out dated. Not at all a good value for the cost.

Wi-Fi signal could have been more reliable.

The setting was beautiful and the property had a very welcoming and comfortable feeling. There was always a fire in the fire place, the pool was heated, and there were bench swings inside and out. Staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. Other guests were also friendly.

The cabins are very small with not much space around the bed & shower stalls are so small that you cannot bend while taking the shower.

I didn't realize how small the rooms were. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, although we were able to go down to the Lodge to get coffee without charge. When we went to the Lodge on the porch at 7:30 am, it would have been preferable to have quiet with such a gorgeous view. Instead there was loud, bass music which detracted from the beauty. We did speak to a couple of people about that. The staff was very amiable.

AC is not really needed but you need to know that there is no AC in the cabins. A large box fan is provided and the windows can be opened. Also there is not a coffee maker in the smaller cabins - not sure about the larger accommodations.

LOVE the peace and quiet and rustic feel of the resort. The Huntington restaurant is excellent! Be sure to try the elk chops. Great gift shop and communication with staff is via text which we found efficient.

Dinner in the main lodge could have been tastier, especially for the price. Complimentary morning coffee in the main lodge was not very hot. Windows in the cabin didn't slide open very easily, and they needed to be opened and closed because of the outside temperature swings between daytime and nighttime.

Location is great, like a cabin in the mountain woods.

We were shocked that the main lodge was not handicapped acceptable (3 stories, no elevator). There was a long ramp used to pull loads of food and other goods up to the back lodge doors, but no wheelchair access. Staff seemed to be ready to close up for the season (early October).

Our room was quite comfortable. The main lodge had a great fireplace where you could sit and enjoy it with companions.

My brother had a cabin across from us. I would have preferred being next to them and saw no reason for that. Thought that's what we booked. Shower is way to small. Had a rain shower head so couldn't take a shower without getting my head wet. Poor design.
