Beds were uncomfortable in our room, hard. Tub didn't drain fast so you stood in water while showering. Whole place smelled like skunk often, a lot of Illinois plates in the parking lot. Legal there but not in Wisconsin.

Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was friendly. Pool area was big and never felt too crowded. Kids enjoyed it.

Nothing. There was mostly nothing that I saw that was wrong.

Shower curtain was dirty and had some stains in towels. Chairs in the room were kinda old and uncomfortable. Bed was a little hard.

Location was excellent. People were wonderful. Room seemed fairly clean.

The outdoor pool was beautiful but too cold to spend much time in. We also did not get any fresh towels during our stay. Carpet showed some wear

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall appearance of the hotel. The indoor pool area was great was fur for my 11yr old and us. There was a wonderful grassy area for sports or just relaxing and they even had grills to make your own food

The bath tub drain was slow to drain due to neglect of cleaning out the trap of hair 🤢

Property was close to the water parks and all other amenities. The outdoor pool and water park was fun for the kids

The linens are a bit old. The room could benefit from some adequate lighting. The provided coffee should get some attention too.

I liked the indoor waterpark for my 2 kids. They spent most of their vacation time there, that s how much they loved it.

There weren't any lights next to the bed, only a big one, during staying with kids this is nice to have it.

Nice waterpark for kids, nice garden with place to make a grill and play ball.

Beds are very very stiff, this was the biggest issue. Rooms are smaller than they seem from photos. Rooms also vary in layout should you choose the "guest room". My family was lucky and got a guest room where the bathroom was larger than the other layout I seen. Relatives stayed in the same "guest room" as I did but their layout was different, room seemed slightly smaller most likely due to the fact that the bathroom sink/countertop was actually in the living quarters right as you enter the room and their bathroom was very small. But the price you pay reflects what you get. Another issue was a shockingly amount of riffraff. Large groups of people who were drinking and loud. Loud music, loud voices, little consideration to those around them. A couple nights we were lucky and it wasn't soo bad. A couple nights was the opposite, large loud groups in the outdoor area, large loud groups in the pool area. Once again though, you get what you pay for, low prices results in riffraff. But most importantly it was confined to those two areas. Pool, and outside. Inside rooms it was quite. Wasn't disturbed one time while in the room.

Price, free admission to Noah's Ark each day and Mount Olympus once. Pools were awesome, hot tubs also awesome and setup in a way where adults can relax in the hot tub while simultaneously watching their child or children play in the pool. Cool slides at every pool for kids to play on! Lobby was very nice, comfortable place for the guest to wake up early, drink coffee, watch the weather channel, and plan the days adventures for family. Decent enough outside area to relax and enjoy tobacco products should that be your thing.

When I booked I was under the impression I was getting tickets to Mt olypmus and noahs ark. We knew we wouldn't get Noah's ark because if the dates we stayed but thought we would get my olympus still. Upon check in I was told that's only available in the summer. The site needs to make that more clear.

The Waterpark at the facility was nice and never too crowded. My boys, age 5 and 7, loved it and would stay the whole time it was open if we let them.
