We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaBreakfast - terrible. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We are snowbirds who drive from Ontario Canada in mid December to Panhandle. We come to Pembroke Pines for three days to catch a cruise. Post cruise we drive back home. Have been staying at Grand Palms since 2014. We love the pool and golf. Hotel must of been a beauty at some time. Terribly run down, nothing has changed in ten years. We will continue to come.

BarbadosThe internet in my room was slow when it worked. It was out 50% of the time. I went to the lobby and used the internet connection on my phone and my computer. It worked really well in the lobby. I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times during the last 3 years because of the location. The poor internet is my biggest issue.
Housekeeping staff are excellent. Maintenance and Reception are ok. The location is excellent.

Puerto RicoFirst room was under construction in the shower, so they changed our room. The room was not only quite dated (which is ok) but it was filthy, obviously they never look behind the table or bed. Tried to find a functional outlet (2 were not working) for a phone charger, and was appalled at the years of dust and crud behind, and under the bed and tables.
Staff was friendly even at 2 am when we arrived.

Location is great but they need to update the rooms, the sheets and mattresses way below expectations and not to mention the bathroom tub. Ours couldn’t closed properly and it was dripping all night. Floor is carpeted but they haven’t been cleaned in years or they seriously need replacing.
