The pillows were very uncomfortable too hard. There was one pillow that was ok.

I did not enjoy having to reset my password to get into the covered garage. Thankfully the host was able to send me the QRCode. My QR code disappeared and we were unable to get into the garage on our second day for part of the morning and had to walk quite away to get back to the apt. I never was able to reset the password. Totally frustrated with this situation.

We have been going to this resort for over 30 years and enjoy the amenities it offers.

Our room was exceptionally clean. There were plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, the kitchenette was well stocked. The staff was amazing. Chrissy at the lobby bar was very cordial and helpful. Property is easy to get around and very close to Baytowne Wharf. Had a great experience. We will be back.

A few more towels and wash clothes would have been nice. No major complaints at all.

The property is a short walk from Baytown Wharf Village. The community is very bike and pedestrian accessible.

This was an apartment/condo complex so no little store in the lobby for drinks and snacks, would have been nice if they had one set aside but no big deal.

Well maintained property, in the middle of a high-end area. The apartment was perfect for what we needed.

Toilet handle broke which was a pain but the owner sent a maintenence person out to fix it. Could've used more towels. Glad we drove but if we flew I would've hated to take up luggage space with extra bathing towels.

Amazing resort. Lots of things to do in walking distance. Restaurants actually had delicious food. Relaxed vibe. Close to the beach. Multiple pools. The tram was very convenient, but it would've been nice to have 2 cards.

The Hotel room was nice, just remember " this isnt Hotel". Though it has a front desk, a concierge desk, Ice Machine, luggage carts a ( closed) Hotel bar and daily maid service you'll see servicing other rooms. The room has a small fridge and Wet Bar ( just like a Hotel room). .The bed and linens in this room needs to be updated. The bed is lumpy feeling and the provided pillows are cheap with a plastic feel. The Coffee maker had obviously not cleaned in-between guest (Condensation inside the Pot and Coffee grounds inside the pot and inside the machine itself gave it away.) but overall cleanliness was good. The checkout time of 10 AM ( of which your constantly reminded) is a hour to early

The resort is very nice. Secure and Family oriented. Convenient from Golf to night life to Beach access.There's enough to do you could spend your whole Vacation there without ever having to leave the grounds. You have access to a nice pool and to the owners storage locker with Beach Chairs/ Umbrella that we found a nice touch.. The room was clean

The mattress was beyond worn out, and the pillows were like bricks. My back was aching every day. This unit needs a mattress immediately, along with a combination of firm and soft pillows. Other than that, it was a great area.
