I have one complaint and it's the ONE hot tub at the pool?! Me and my husband could not enjoy it at all because of one while family mostly kids having it the whole time we swam in pool. We really wanted that heat!!!

Not enough staff stores and restaurants where not staffed horrible experience at jacks tap room waited 45 minutes for ice tea dinner was comped the waiter was not trained not his fault the manager a women who had been there 30 years was at her Witt’s end. Upper management is not doing a good job of overseeing this I would not recommend anyone ever eat at either place airie was nothing special. The coffee shop was our fav but only open till 3 what is that at a resort? The arcade was only open Friday and Saturday just pitiful. I would not say resort it was like an old has been with accommodations. The room was great and the view was great. Just very sad with resort. Feel no longer there.

Arcade is cramped and small Renovations make things a bit cramped in the restaurant area Beds and pillows are not very comfortable View only visible from up higher. Location is far from downtown. Couldn't even get many pizza places to deliver there so we picked up from one that looked fun.

Lots of amenities - arcade, shopping, pool, kids water play equipment, coffee shop... rooms were clean. Beautiful view IF you go up high enough

The stay was very nice! Staff were very friendly. The glass elevator was a great experience for my 4 y/o. Wish we had more time to explore all the cute shops.

It was a bit far from downtown traverse city, but that’s okay. We were aware of that when booking.

This resort is huge! I felt like there was a lot to check out and see in the building alone. It was too cold to go golfing, but the course looked great.

The shower in our room plugged and the water leaked into the room and closet. Our luggage and my wives shoes got all wet. We were moved to another room. Because we booked through booking dot com they said there was nothing they could do for us on our bill as it was paid through booking .com. They said they would have a manager call us but we never heard from them. We love the Grand Traverse Resort but we are a little disappointed that something wasn't done.

Closet, art work on walls (all pictures in our room were same color of Badgers) Nothing felt luxury or special in our room and "closet cubby" was only good for 1 person especially if someone there or a couple attending an event.

The facility was nice and room had space. Closet situation was not good for more than 1 person in room and the windows were not clear so part of view was obscured. I am glad we got a deal through booking.com bc we would not pay more than what we did to stay there. In fact, $100-$120 a night is more appropriate to us for the accommodation we had. Nothing "resort" about the room to us. Did not even have a robe.

The pillows and mattress were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Pillows were too flat and mattress was a bit too firm. And the air conditioning unit in room was very loud.

Had I booked it directly with the resort I would have gotten a $250 resort credit. I reached out to booking.com been almost a month no response.

Compared to every resort nearby this in my opinion gives you everything under 1 roof.
