The rooms were not very clean. It was hair and a leftover coffee stir stick on the bathroom floor when we first arrived. There was quite a bit of dust in the room. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

The location was great. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I was so looking for to the breakfasts and dinning in the dinning room area, the breakfasts that are included in the room price. In fact, that is why I booked at the Hotel Grand Victorian, the pictures of the morning meal and it’s size of the food available on the web sites. The restaurants in Branson, even the one right next door to the hotel, were not closed down any more because of covid, but the breakfasts at the hotel were still “grab and go”. We had to eat in our room, and eat only what we could comfortably carry. Hoping next year when we come back, the breakfasts Buffet will be back up and running at full capacity.

The hotel was magnificently decorated for Christmas!! All the common areas were just beautiful!!! So glad we came at this time of year! We had the perfectly located room and size! So quiet too when it was time to rest. From the balcony of our room, we had an Absolutely beautiful view of the trees and hill sides with the fall changing colors. Our room was located close to the entrance from the parking lot. If we needed any supplies that the hotel offers, we easily obtained them from the front desk staff! We have already booked next years return!!! In 2022

Shower had no water pressure. The indoor pool, the reason for booking here, was not heated. To cold to stay in. No cleaning service due to covid . So no restock on coffee. Walls are thin evidently..woke up at 4 am to people walking the halls and talking, sounded like a party.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The hot breakfasts were very good and had many choices. The room was comfortable and even had a small balcony with chairs overlooking a valley. We appreciated the central location of this hotel.

Bathroom was pretty small. Had do jiggle the toilet handle a couple times to stop it from running.

The breakfast was not very good. The choices was very limited compared to other hotels that we have stayed at.

Brkfst.- Good 👍 ! We had choices hot & cold, fruit-meat, both my girls were 😊 satisfied. Location was good👍 too.

The bed was ok, but been on more comfortable beds in hotels. The continental breakfast wasn’t that great for kids and we ate out for breakfast every time.

It was convent to all activities and shopping. Kids loved the cookies that were served in late afternoon.

Breakfast was mediocre at best and they closed up the beverage dispenser before 9:30 while I was standing and waiting in line to get some juice.
