Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The king size bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom toilet paper appeared to be 1 ply and the hairdryer didn't work. Fortunately one was brought from home! I was also surprised by a $16.00 per night fee for parking, also an upfront $150 refundable cleaning fee which was not indicated on the booking fee at time of reservation. The overnight parking fee was indicated on the night before checkin time email from Booking.com. To late to cancel if you wanted not to lose your 1st. night room fee! Also the housekeeping staff for our room area didn't speak English! The hotel restaurant was closed (assuming since pandemic) and room service was the only option if you wanted to eat at the hotel.
The room was well furnished, had a small TV in room along with a small microwave and refrig. Bedding sheets and pillows were nice and a love seat with table in the room which was extremely clean. The room also had a A/C which handled both cooling and heating and worked well.

Paying $16 a night for parking I thought it was a little much. I understand the reasoning but we are the guests and I don’t think we should pay $16 a night maybe five dollars a night you must charge.
The pool area was always kept so nice and clean and it’s very pretty

No complaints, but my non-smoking room smelled smokey (but nose adapted). I suggested an ozonator to remove the odor. Some lime or lemon at the front desk complimentary water tower would be ideal. Parking could get pricey for longer stays.
24 hour Check in is fast with nice lobby and seating area while waiting for Uber or others. Love the hot tub with the pool too. Express breakfast was good and efficient, thanks Alfonso and Kat! Business center is very handy, especially for printing. Great to have multiple elevators and two entrances into the hotel. And the work out room is excellent. El Taco, a 2 minute walk away on the same road is very handy.

I was socked to be charged for parking. We've been on a month long road trip. And we've never been charged for parking. Even in Las Vegas. Very disappointing.

My biggest complaint is that they charged me to park my car, despite the fact that the parking lot never filled up during my stay. Aside from that my only other criticism would be that the carpet and bathrooms are bit outdated. That doesn’t bother me much I was mostly irritated by the parking fee.
I loved the view and location, the lobby area was beautiful and very clean. Staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful and the property felt safe and secure. The beds are comfy, like the white bedding and shutters on the windows gave my room a cozy feeling.

Walls not well insuated so you can hear all your neighbors. I had a crying baby on one side and people above me talked all night.

I didn't like paying for parking. Shower pressure was very, very low. Towels were old and scratchy. No lotion or makeup remover. Heater very loud. Bathroom door had auto closure hinges for fire safety so I had to prop it open to let the heat in before showering. Some things were "dated".
Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Bed were comfortable. I did not eat there or use the facilities so I have no comment on that.

Our room had a double door that would typically be used in a storage area? It had a half inch gap between the floor and bottom of door. The room with the toilet needs to have a fan and a sink to wash your hands. The microwave did not work, Security brought a really small replacement. The heater was obnoxiously loud!! The couch was worn out.

We were in an out a lot as it was Christmas, so was not able to be there a lot so had no complaints except the heater.
The heater in our room 179 was very loud/noisy going off and on should have call the the front desk. I did tell the Lady at the desk when checking out she said we should have called and it would have been taken care of. Next time
