The room was still under construction with minor things . They ran out of stuff for breakfast and the lay out of the room made it tight to move around with family.

We liked that they had free breakfast and was close to the beach.

I made reservations through booking.com and was expecting a free hot breakfast I should've looked on the hotel's website first to verify. Too many people smoking pot. Also bad lighting in the bathroom.

1. At check-in there was no information concerning the location of the breakfast. We had to go back down to ask where it was served. Also, 8:00 was a bit late to start serving. 2. A luggage rack should have been provided. We had no where to put our 2 suitcases. 3. No information was provided upon check-in regarding internet access. I had to call the front desk to obtain the passcode to access internet.

Balcony overlooking the beach/ocean was fabulous and afforded some privacy from neighboring balconies. Room upgrades were very nice. A sitting chair would have been nice.

Our room floors were dirty, housekeeping was not reliable. no one answers the phone and breakfast was a line in a tiny room and they ran out of food. my room wasn’t ready in time.

Location was good and lobby was clean. Room was decent with a kitchen (unexpected stove and utensils (pots, pans, cups,etc.)).

Beautiful beach front property. Breakfast was typical to what you would expect but overall great stay. Parking was a problem parking deck fills up fast. Staff and rooms were as pictured.

The room did not have racks to hang the towel, no chair to sit on, no table of any type, no soap tray in the shower. The elevator was inoperable on the last day and had to use stair with luggage. The bathroom is small and the layout is not practical. The bed is not very comfortable too hard and lumpy. The listing on the website is very deceptive.

on Saturday when I came back to the room, my door was wide open. Housekeeping after cleaning my room left my door open when I went back out I notified the front desk. however, no one seem concerned not even asked if everything was OK or if anything was missing. Sunday. I told housekeeping to come back in 10 minutes to clean my room and they never came back so my room was that cleaned on Sunday upon checking out I needed an itemized bill, but they were not able to provide me one.

the building was old and renovation was in progress but the room we paid for was not impressive at all. No lights in my bedroom. we sat in that room all morning unto the afternoon. I called booking. com . they spoke with management . moved to another room which was cleaner and looked better. $ $605 is a lot for 4 day and 3 nights.

No inside pool, one side was open to the outside and it was closed. An inside pool was a must have for my granddaughter when I booked. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. No closet with hangers, just hooks on the wall. No blow dryer or towels in the room, I had to ask for them.

Certainly not a 4 star, needs work and maintenance Hotel music blaring at 6:30 am horrible. Room door up high enough for bugs to crawl in we kept a towel at base of door. Room could have used a couple chairs or small table. There is room enough for it. Paint splatters on floor in room is disappointing workmanship
