Ice machine on the floor we stayed on did not work. When I called ‘0’ the receptionist stated ice machine on another floor worked but she could not leave desk to go get us ice due to no one else was there to cover desk if she left to bring us ice. No ice bucket in room we were in so I asked her if I could come and get the ice bucket ; she stated she did not have one. That she had just given the last one out.

You get what you pay for. Is not a new building and the renovations outside of the lobby appeared cheaply done. Furniture in the room had so much water damage that they were peeling apart. Room felt small for it's size. Parking is minimal and is a pain. No security. We don't plan on returning to this facility.

Price. Pillows and mattress were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Pool was clean. Elevators were fairly quick if you weren't using them during breakfast hours. No bugs seen anywhere.

The breakfast room was so small and crowded. It seems like half the size of a room. We was standing outside for so long. There wasn’t a variety of things on the breakfast menu plus they ran out of items. No meat at all. If you want a good breakfast, you may have to go out to eat.

Had to ask for towels and bath clothes, the elevator is a little slow when it’s time for checkout. The breakfast isn’t what I expected. No hot breakfast other the the waffles you have to make on your own

My only problem was the room was very dirty when we arrived,we stay for 3 days no one came to ask for clean I call many times to the lobby asking for paper toilet and bath towels..

The elevator was a little sketchy. If your scared of elevators then you'll definitely not wanna take the elevator. The rooms weren't dusted when we got there you could tell it hasn't been dusted in awhile, the baseboards were DIRTY. & definitely take your own pillows & sheets.. over all it was meh okay. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Also There's no washer or dryer to wash your clothes. they need to get educated on the cleaning.

It had really great views & location was good. Breakfast was nice & the dining area was nice. We stayed 6 Nights, they gave us fresh towels & toilet paper & garbage bags daily.

The wait time for the elevator. We took the stairs 13 flights down multiple time after waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes.

Just missing breakfast meats. I don’t really have any complaints about my 4 day stay.

Free breakfast was good. Location was perfect literally right at the beach. Pool was fun & clean- allowed us to get plenty of towels for both our room & pool. Our room was big I love the two separate room feel although in the same room. Staff was very nice. Always smelled fresh throughout. Kept elevators clean from excessive sand / water. Free parking was great too ! I would stay there again

I didn’t like that the elevators took forever to come up. Me & my family had to wait almost 15 minutes for the elevator to come up

I liked that it was clean, the staff was friendly & the pool was big. I loved that it was oceanfront, the view was amazing

Couldn’t sit out on the balcony to enjoy the ocean sounds because of the very loud music outside from the pool. Mattresses were very firm and uncomfortable. Parking was not adequate for property. Luckily, we didn’t have to go down the block to park.

Ocean front room had a great view. Having two rooms was also a nice feature.

If you’re not on the 6 floor or above it is loud all the time because of the pool and the beds were not comfortable at all .

It was very close to the beach so getting to and from the beach was a breeze. They kept the room very clean and house keeping made sure I stayed with clean towels

Parking Access to maintenance The front desk staff was exceptional. Housekeeping still need some work and customer service skills to work in such capacity u your skills to deal with guest face to face should be outstanding, and it wasn’t.
