I think this hotel is starting to show its age. The TV was running analog signal which looked like a 1990s video game. Holes in the chair and rust/dirt in the air vent right above the shower was a little sketchy.

Good location, friendly staff. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I have stayed at which is always appreciated. The room was nice and spacious as well.

The staff was truly amazing. Missy and Osiris were very helpful and professional. What a hard working staff. The room were good sized and felt very safe. Easy parking. Lots of food nearby. Easy off and on the highway. Would say for sure if your travel across the United States make sure you hit this stay in Luverne Minnesota. Pool and hot tub to enjoy. Breakfast is great.

The two items that needed attention were: The room air conditioning unit put out a stale/musty smell. We needed the air as it was hot during our stay. The breakfast was good but understaffed. We ran out of food and the tables were "syrup sticky: and full of crumbs because they were not maintained during the breakfast hours.

We liked that Luverne had a nice place for us to stay for the weekend.

The furniture was worn out. IT has been a nice place to stay and is very well used. We were given a different room than what we booked without explanation. The room we were put in was not accessible.

Our room had a 2 ft crack in the ceiling that was patched up but still bulging. We were a little concerned that there would be a leak coming from above. Luckily nothing happened. I would recommend it get fixed before using that room again for guests.

The hotel was very nice. It seemed it was updated. Our kids liked the pool. The breakfast was ok. There were limited food options.

Heat and TV remote and no double billing.

I was double billed by you and the hotel, Then the TV Remote did not and once we got in bed the heat did not work. They offered to move us but we were settle in and in bed so we stayed. Next they said the would refund us dollars and have not done that yet.

The room was dingy. There was a bug on one of the beds- not a bedbug- and that was not great. The room smelled horribly and no staff was available in the morning.

There was a terrible terrible stay. The front desk told me my room had been double booked. Proceeded to go in my room and pack it up and place my suitcase at the front desk while I was out to allow another guest to stay there. I came home @midnight..locked out. They said there was no evidence anyone was booked in that room earlier. I guess the suitcase, 175$ plus pet fee and signed paperwork was not a clue! Luckily I was out WITH my pet. Had they entered with my pet in the room what would they have done? Im a corporate traveller...never have I seen such rude and bold ignorance. I'm shocked. Corporate, etc follow ups to commence..Literally shocked still!!

Our towels were very thin and one had holes in it. The room had a musty damp smell and I had a headache from it. I suspect it was mold as I sneezed a lot while in the room. The machines didn't have any water in them and were not online to take credit card. I

The ladies who clean the room were very nice and very attentive to our needs.
