I didn't like that the bar closed at 11pm on a Saturday night. We got back from our event that we were in Austin for and was looking forward to a drink in the bar to talk about our day, so we were disappointed it was closed

Everything about the hotel (except bar closing too early), and I didn't even get to enjoy all the amenities, so looking forward to coming back

The bed and the pillows could have been more comfortable but we definitely slept well.

We loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was pleasing to the eye and clean. The pool was nice. The room was spacious and luxurious. We will definitely stay again.

There was a food tray that was left from a previous visitor that was never picked up through out our stay.

The location, room and the front desk was excellent! We had great views and the bed was so comfortable! We had the junior suite and I am so glad my husband and I booked this room! We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Austin!

The overall atmosphere was great, but there seemed to be a lot of maintenance going on while we were there. (Upon arrival, the usual elevators were out of order so guests were required to use alternate elevators and access hallways with cleaning equipment, storage boxes, and excess equipment everywhere.) The bathroom set up in the suite we had was less private and less functional than usual at an upscale facility such as this.

The staff was great. Everyone was personable and professional. The suite upgrade we received was a pleasant surprise. Food quality and presentation were great.

Beautiful pool and view! I don't think you can have a bad view from any room on the property. Beautiful and clean all the way around. Peaceful and nice restaurant on the property. Complementary wine on arrival. Even the elevator is elegant. Perfect for my solo getaway.

Large conference going on so no access to bar or food. Messaged the hotel early the day of arrival for an early check in but never got any response back.

Nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Location good for an early morning departure to airport.

Restaurant was expensive. Hotel not really within walking distance to much, we drove into town for restaurants, shops, etc. But it is quiet if you have a car and want to be a little out of town.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Internet was good. Outdoor hot tub is very large, nice place to hang out. Gym was good. Lots of convenient parking on site.

Nothing. Hotel Viata deserves the reviews and stars that are displayed. This hotel is amazing.

Hotel Viata is an amazing place. It deserves 10/10 in every category. The front desk staff was excellent and made everything effortless. It is classic customer service and staff at every level exceeded expectations. The room was amazing; it was really a small apartment instead of a hotel room. The bathroom was as big as most hotel rooms. The view from the hill is great. This was such an enjoyable hotel that I am excited to return to Austin for more business and will be sure to stay at Hotel Viata.
