The mattress was a little too soft so my lower back hurt.

The location was perfect the room was perfect with a view of the ocean every morning and night. What a way to start and end your day. Pool was nice and heated. Staff super nice.

There was no coffee pot in our room, but there was free coffee at the bar area at breakfast. I will just take a kettle and a jar of instant next time.

The resort is gorgeous. It's not too big, so it feels intimate. The staff is amazing. When we got there, Morgan helped us at checkin and helped us by showing us around personally. It appears this is how they greet everyone, which is a nice touch. The pictures here on booking don't even come close to how lovely it really is. Whoever decorated the rooms did a great job of creating g a relaxing, luxurious feeling. The pool was great. The landscaping was gorgeous and kept up in a very natural way. The view of the sunrise was amazing, and I can't wait to go back! Book this hotel. Restaurants and bar on site were wonderful, and the location was good.

The only thing we didn’t like was the strong foul odor in the air coming from the accumulated brown seaweed by the shore. The beach wasn’t too nice and we couldn’t use any of their free kayaks and SUP because it’s super muddy and it’s impossible to walk on the beach without getting dirty from the mud. It’s like walking in a quicksand.

This resort is beautiful. We like how quiet and relaxing this place is. Our room is big and comfortable. We get to enjoy the hot tub and the pool. The restaurant at the resort has a great menu. We enjoyed our dining experience. Overall, we really had a great time at this resort.

Not the property’s fault, but during our spring time stay the seagrass on the beach had a very strong stink at low tide. I think that’s all of the Keys this time of year. The staff was so kind, but we had a lackluster dinner at the restaurant. We also had an issue with our key cards not working after the office closed, and no one answering the phone, but some restaurant staff closing up rescued us. Bed was also just okay, we were a little achey by the last day.

Lovely room, super clean and cozy, with balcony and gorgeous view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly, and everyone just seemed happy. Loved lounging and swimming at the pool areas, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and exploring by kayak. Plenty of parking and very cute resort cats! We would love to stay again.

The tractor that was trying to rake the sargassum just stirred it up and made it smell horrible. Also, other resorts we have stayed at in the Keys had grounds crew raking the sargassum and disposing of it so it was more enticing to enter the water. We loved our stay and that would be the only thing I would change.

It was quiet and relaxing. We loved that there was a separate adult building and pool. The employees were so friendly and helpful and the Rhum House was easily our favorite meal during our vacation. From the servers to the food, it was impeccable. The bed was comfortable as were all the linens. We were in Humidor House and the decor was perfection. Every detail was thought of. Truly a wonderful place to visit.

It is marathon which is not very touristic. Restaurants were at least 15mns away. The beach is a bit muddy at first from the alguae but that is none of the hotel s fault Wifi was very poor in the room, worked well in the main building

Main complaint is that there was basically no hot water for washing and showering; luke warm at best! There is no regular room maintenance. No removal of trash and no clean towels unless you ask. The beach was ok but really was not useable due to abundance of sea grass on the shore. Outdoor furniture was tired and all over the place. Staffing is thin, you really don't see anyone outside of the office and food areas. Desk attendant was sleeping when we walked in one morning...!

The location is great as is the view. It was nice that there was an "adults only" section. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The room was excellent, clean and quiet, and in good repair. the internet service was excellent. In room fridge was great and handy.

There wasn't any beach, just for lounging on chairs and of course it's on the ocean so it smelled fishy at times. If you go into the water, it's very mucky, not what I expected. The room had enough space for a washer and dryer, but there isn't any available at this property

The views were amazing, and the pools were enjoyable. Great food and a tiki par as well. Nice size units for family and friends. It was a very quiet place to just sit back and relax
