Bed was below par compared to other room fixtures. Location on busy noisy street (request non-street side room). Air conditioning also was very loud. Rather expensive for the facility, but perhaps reflective of tourist rates in Moab in general.

Standard King room was clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. With one exception, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (not included) was awesome.

The shower could’ve been cleaner and there wasn’t daily service to replenish and make up the room.

Spacious room with everything I needed, great backdrop out the window, next to a grocery store and gas station, and walkable to a few local eateries and the brewery.

It’s a dog friendly property and not a pet friendly property — so pls do check. We had a surprise as we tried to check in with our cat. But the front desk staff at that time was great and helps us through it. Cleaning could be a bit better given its pet hotel. The room never really felt clean at check-in and even after requesting cleaning through the stay. Also, pls install a wardrobe or something in the room. The fancy bike ensemble doesn’t help long term travelers.

Central location. The rooms facing the La Sal mountains have a great view and are quieter than the ones facing the main road. Great comfortable bed and overall furniture. Amazing shower and great service. The front desk staff is exceptionally nice.

No daily housekeeping (he forgot to mention that at check-in), no towel bars/rings/hooks. Very loud fan on and off all night, we had to turn it off completely at night so the room got a bit stuffy. Water temperature varied from luke warm to very hot. The outside of the building still said Radcliffe Hotel!! A challenge to find Gravity Haus!

Great location, easy parking, spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely shower, nice lighting, friendly helpful staff. Very dog friendly ($75 dog fee is a bit steep unless staying for 3 or more nights).

Didn’t notice the hotel has just recently changed owners and the names - the sign outside the building was still with another name. It took me a while to figure it out. Breakfast was not included while a lot of other hotels offered that in Moab. With the convenience location, it does come with a cost that you might hear traffic at night. The windows were not fully sound proof

Location was great, in downtown Moab, one can easily walk to coffee shops, bars or restaurants. The room is clean, big with a gears storage area.

I wish there had been a microwave in the room instead of by the elevator and for better coffee options. Oh and the hotel isn’t actually called the gravity Haus it’s the Radcliffe (we passed it up the first time) and their exterior photos in the listing makes it seem like they were more secluded than they were. It worked out in our favor that they weren’t.

Loved the style of the hotel and how unique the designs were. It was easy to walk across the street to the Moab grill for an amazing breakfast.

It is located on the main highway so there is road noise. It also made for a convenient location.

Beautiful and simple hotel and very well appointed. We stayed in a suite which had a great kitchen and nice living area. It gave us room to spread out and relax. The master bathroom was amazing! The staff, especially Gary was very accommodating and knowledgeable about hikes and places to go! Breakfast was good with nice menu. The hot tubs were great and super clean and great at sunset!

Only negative was strep noise. Rooms face either parking lot or main street. Ours faced main street and there was vehicle noise throughout the night.

We really enjoyed this property. Room set-up was very comfortable. Bed was great, comfy seating area with sofa and throw for relaxing in evenings, small dinette area, awesome shower, 2 vanity areas (one in shower area, one in room) made getting ready in the mornings convenient for couples. Add innovative storage, cooler for day trips, cozy bathrobes and hydration amenities---they really covered it all! There is a small restaurant open for breakfast and lunch but we did not have time to experience. Lobby is very small-- not really places to 'hang'

The single elevator is a bit small for the many guests bringing their bikes to/from their rooms causing some delays. Due to a staffing change, the restaurant was not open for dinner and the place seemed a little short-staffed (morning coffee/breakfast). Attention to guests from the front desk was hit and miss. The ice machines on the 3rd and 2nd floor were being replaced (apparently a major leak issue) which was surprising for such a new hotel and resulting in having to get ice from the ground floor kitchen, which was busy.

This new hotel was just being rebranded to Gravity Haus. The room was a good size, very comfortable and functional (place to store luggage against the wall under the TV) with an excellent bathroom. The day-trip cooler was very useful and having the GearHeads shop onsite was helpful! We used the hot tubs in the back-lot pool area two nights out of our three-night stay. The robes were comfy.
