Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe wished there were more options for meals. The weather was poor during our stay, so the on-site restaurant was all we had and it was pretty limited for adults. Also, wasn't aware that everything needed to be purchased with a card, and we weren't notified of a machine that produced pre-paid cards until our second day.
The park was great and we loved that there were so many things for the kids to do such as the arts and crafts room and the arcades.

United States of AmericaThe first day there was no swimming and the pool was closed, the next day the pool didn't open until 4:00 pm. On the last night of our stay, we had a fire alarm drill, everybody had to be outside and it was cold 10:00 pm at night I was trying to prepare for sleep to leave the next day in the morning.
They accommodated my children with gift cards to the game room because they closed early one night.

United States of AmericaThe only small issue and I did report it to the front desk, was a small chunk of drywall fell from the ceiling over our tub onto our tub but not on to us fortunately. The plumbing in the bathroom above must have been leaking because the drywall looked wet and that's what caused it to fall
The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the water park was really well supervised by the lifeguards so that was a real pleasure.

United States of AmericaThe noise had kids stomping and jumping above us until 1 am. I know it's a kids' hotel, but parents don't watch their kids at all. Our floor smelled like garbage, 1st floor smelled like pot. We prefer Great Wolf Lodge even though this place is closer to us
Waterpark was nice, food place was good. Bed was very comfortable

United States of AmericaThe wait to get a room. I thought my room would be ready.
My family had a wonderful time. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The water park was fun and kept the kids very entertained. My 5 year old actually learned how to swim here and my 11 year old loved learning the boogie board. We ate mostly at the restaurant by the pool, the food was good and hot and hit the spot.. lol. My hat goes off to all that work there. Wonderful job.

United States of AmericaThe room. Sheets had brown stains on it. Could barely see the tv bc it was inside of a cabinet of a dresser they cut out. Too many adults forming "chains" of tubes in the lazy river and nobody did anything about it. Someone knocked myself and my son down.

United States of AmericaIt was impossible the contact the front desk from an outside line and the company’s online chat sent us in a hilarious endless loop. There is room for improvement. The property seemed to try to keep up, but on a busy weekend, the guest litter would be understandably difficult to manage. Guests left litter, like soda cups, in stairwells, bags of half eaten food in hallways, and at the indoor waterpark, many many trays of food were left about the walls. Several sets of guests left dirty shoes on chairs to save a place. The breakfast buffet was passable. Some plates in the stack appeared dirty. One had a fruit sticker affixed. The buffet is in a ballroom in the basement. Also, therr were consistently vehicles idling in front ofnthe entry doors, lending car exhaust to the air in the lobby. Perhaps this could be managed via “no idling” signs or better traffic management.
The indoor waterpark was perfect for kids. The professionalism of the lifeguard staff and routine was notably impressive. The staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaThe indoor water park was more for younger kids, my son 10yrs old was a little to tall for the kids slides but to young to go on the big slides! I wish it had a little more to do for the price we paid!
I loved the room we were in! I also loved the fact that we could spend the day of check out there after we checked out!

CanadaSome parts of the water park were a bit injury prone for kids and adults alike, due to the materials used. Scraped feet and knees in the lazy river and kiddie pool were an issue for the whole family. We ended up fully dressing the 2yo to prevent further scrapes due to crawling around. While the breakfast buffet was good, the lunch and dinner buffets were disappointing both times we tried it. Prices at the snack bar in the water park as well as the restaurant next to it were high, but that was in line with our expectations. The rooms can be noisy at times, despite the recommended quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am. Doors and floors transfer the noise well.
The accommodations were good. The room was comfortable, with an extra crib for our 2yo provided by the resort.

United States of AmericaRoom could’ve been cleaner and we didn’t have any room service from night one to night two, it was like the housekeepers only came after we checked out which was a little bit of a bummer.
The water park was fun, my kiddos had a blast. They also loved the arcade when the water park was closed. The room was good enough, not exactly the cleanest (there was a candy wrapper that was under the fitted sheet :/) but overall it was a nice size and we had a great stay.

United States of AmericaThe person at the desk for the entrance to the water park was rude. When we requested towels he gave me an attitude that I was taking the last of his towels...? Not sure why they were taking room numbers down for towels, when you leave you throw them in a large bin and don't know who returned them or not.
This resort is a lot of fun, it is easy to get too and it is within driving distance of all food and shops. The water park was very fun, we go every year for a few years now and it doesn't disappoint. They added back breakfast included and this is a game changer. It was nice not having to run out to get the family food.
