You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThat the apartment was a basement that had steep stairs. The key pad lock would not activate the door lock. Good thing they provided a key option. Owner, was however very easy to contact about this problem.
The apartment was well equipped and very clean.

The location was a little hard to find. The location I was told to put in my GPS took me a couple miles past the actual location on the opposite side of the road. So I called the owner and she guided me right to the house. Thanks Kim

United States of AmericaI struggle with stairs, but it wasn't too bad. It was worth it once you entered the room.
It was like being home. So clean and comfortable. It was very nice. We would stay there again. Loved the electric fireplace after being out in the cold. They provide games and a perfect place to sit at if you need to get work done. They provide a garage to get out of the elements. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in Twin Falls.

United States of AmericaThe doors kept getting stuck, maybe from paint? We were also in the basement apartment, and we could hear every single thing the people above us were doing. Literally sounded like they were stomping around and moving furniture across the room. The beds were relatively comfy but not with the noise.
I'm not sure if this place qualifies more as an "Air BnB" or a "Hotel", but either way it was a decent stay. We didn't utilize the kitchen beyond the fridge since we were barely there, so I can't speak on that. The remodel looks very pretty. Please keep in mind there is a booklet with information on appliances and also check-out procedures. We didn't notice it until our second day, would've been bad had we missed it... Kim was very nice, had easy communication!
