Great location: a block away from the Fan district and a nice walk to interesting restaurants and our concert venue downtown. The apartment was comfortable and a great value. Note that it faces Broad Street, and the light sleeper may have difficulty with street noise in the front bedroom unless they wear ear plugs. Park on side streets in the neighborhood to the east.

Hard to park (have to park on side of the road.) It was so loud trying to sleep. Room had a window right up to the main street but they did supply ear plugs which was nice.

Great location to things and was not far from the convention center where we attended an event. Apartment was cute and beds were comfortable. Multiple with codes made me feel at ease.

With the central location comes traffic noise. Broad street is a noisy street day and night. There were late night drag racers that kept us up a bit. The earplugs by the nightstand is a nice touch. Lol.

The bedroom facing the street does let in a lot of noise, but that’s just the building itself and is to be expected on such a busy and convenient street. If you’re a light sleeper this location might not be your cup of tea, but it worked great for me!

It was in a great location for where we wanted to go and having the Kroger was super convenient. Stephanie was so communicative, nice and accommodating, making sure that we were having a wonderful stay! The apartment itself was very cozy and I slept like a rock.

Parking was a bit challenging because VCU had a big game on Saturday evening. We were able to park in a garage for an additional cost based on a tip from a local. So, be sure to understand all your parking options in advance.

What a delightful find! We so enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment. Our host gave us all the instructions we needed to get into the building, and the security made us feel quite secure. Once inside, we were surrounded by tasteful decor and all the comforts of home. The hardwood floors, the cozy pillowed couch, and the ample bedrooms with queen beds, closets, and private baths were so nice, I could have stayed indefinitely! The neighborhood is wonderful too, with everything you could possibly want in the way of cafes or shops within walking distance. If one wanted to go downtown, that was just a short drive or shared ride away. The neighbors were also quiet and respectful, so we were undisturbed by them at bedtime. We would definitely stay here again.

Noise of racing cars and motorcycles on Broad Street was so loud in both bedrooms, especially in the front one. Ear plugs were not in sealed package so didn’t know how hygienic they were. Building entrance does not lock so security can be a concern. Both tubs were slippery and we had concerns when getting out after a shower, especially as we were all over 70 years old.

Well located off I95. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and reasonably well stocked, especially with coffee pods and condiments, and pots and pans and cooking utensils.

the noise was disruptive to sleep. you're on a main street so there is tons of traffic. the windows definitely were not treated because you literally can hear conversations of people walking down the street. we had to sleep in the back bedroom the entire stay. the place also had a strong stale smell, like you're breathing in dust. it would be nice to put in an air filter - that would do the trick. maybe cage it in and attach it to the wall if you're concerned someone will take it.

spacious, 2 bedrooms were more than enough for us. good location, there seems to be more to do outside of downtown Richmond but we were close to everything we needed. relatively clean (not perfect, some surfaces like cabinet could be wiped down a bit more). parking was free the entire stay.

Honestly can’t say that we were disappointed by anything at the property. This was one of the best stays we’ve had at a property like this.

The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect size for the two of us and our son. The property was secure but easy to access. Great centralized location for visiting friends, grabbing a bite to eat, and catching a show. Traffic noise on Broad was to be expected, but the management went as far as to provide complimentary disposable earplugs if your bothered by late night noise.
