Just 2 things 1 the T.V was laying against the wall in and 2 the water for the shower wasn't coming up all the way. Everything else was good.

The air conditioner would stop cooling, the maintenance employee was super, I think his name is Ivan Mendoza, and he's a special employee (don't lose him, seriously). He has communication skills most technicians don't have. He made sure everything was working before leaving and going home. Your air conditioners seem out of date, we had to set the thermostat 4 degrees different the temperature desired.

The breakfast was good for the most part. The location was good as well. The kitchen help was very good. Rooms, as well as the motel, were very clean.

The bathroom was dated. The grout around the shower in the outside was kind of gross. I understand it is hard to get clean after awhile so time to regrout! It needs a refresh. The fan also did not come on when I changed the thermostat.

The two women I had dealings with at the front desk were FABULOUS. Super friendly, always smiling.

night staff was drinking on the job and I was waiting in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes i made a tea well I waiting and checked out the game Selection they had in the lobby. I also waited to see if anyone was in the bag no one was there. It was the same guy that checked me in that was outside with his friends drinking on the job. The hotel is clean and the rooms were amazing but I was the only problem that I had was the guy that checked me in did a good job at providing me my keys but unfortunately he did not add my diamond status to our reservation. He wrote everything down and said that he would change it but when I went to go check out in the morning the girl at the front told me that my status was never changed from silver to diamond so that kind of was just frustrating. but the only downfall was that this person was drinking on property obviously you can check the cameras cause he was drinking in the lobby with his friends when we passed by to go to the pool. Then was missing for 10 to 15 minutes when I needed to get plates and silverware from the front desk. when my husband went out to go smoke the front desk agent was outside drinking with his friends completely obliterated cannot complete sentences and was slurring his words when I ask for the plates and silverware.

Entrance area could use a little more cleaning. I saw the janitor picking up trash in the cold weather and I think he could use some help.

The breakfast was pretty standard but the service personnel were very kind and welcoming. The janitor was also very kind and welcoming. He greeted us and continued about his way. Very welcoming and warm people. The room was a good size and the pillow cases and bedsheets were clean. Very nice! The location is great too!

I felt the common areas-vending area, hallways and elevator needed some upkeep.

Breakfast said 6 am to 10 am . But came for breakfast at 9 :20 and it was all over. They said breakfast is over at 9am . ?‽????

There was street construction right in front of the hotel making access to driveway difficult. Parking lot was a bit crowded due to high occupancy.

The room was very spacious and well arranged. Breakfast was available and pool area was open. Location was great.
