We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAll the people doing drugs outside they hotel, away from the building, they were in groups outside late. Smell was bad as the manure. There were kids running up and down stairs start 11:00.
Front desk lady was very nice checking in and out. Parking was close, rooms were nice.

United States of AmericaThere was a dangerous step to clear getting into and out of the shower in room 221. I tripped getting in. It's higher then it looks. Then there is no safety bars to grab if you are falling down. A law suit waiting to happen.
Wasn't aware that there was one. Never mentioned. Don't believe that there was breakfast. The location was great for the concert I was going to Saturday night. The inn keeper recommended the Mexican food truck to me for dinner. Was so good ate 2 meals there.

United States of AmericaThere was $40 surcharge on my credit card to check in. They removed it the next morning when I stopped by the office. The clerk told me that was standard. It was unnecessary, nobody likes the hold charge - removed or not.
Did not know there was breakfast available. Must have overlooked it. The room was clean, but some of the fixtures needed a little bit of attention.

I woke up several times from car doors slamming shut, people on the steps/staircase, people outside upstairs level, very late during the night ,12 pm 1pm 2 pm, 3pm. talking very loudly. Bumps, doors slamming laughter all outside and inside. Lost a lot of sleep.
I didn't have breakfast. The young man owner was very helpful and friendly.
