I didn’t like that our room was different then then the pictures. All the pictures had nice looking floors but ours was still carpet. Room was still nice though.

I liked the location. Close to the main strip. No one bothered us.

Had issues with wifi the whole time, (for reasons not controlled by property) the cellular service was also spotty. One could hear everything going on in the parking lot, not much of a sound barrier.

Updated property, the facilities were clean and great owner For the level of service & attention from staff, this should have been a great stay but few issues bothered us throughout the stay.

Nothing to mention. I think this is a great place specially for a one or two night stay, where the focus is a clean bed and bath along with overall good hosts.

Friendly host to start with. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The property is located about 5 mins drive from the downtown and lake area.

Tony was an exceptional host! Very responsive, respectful, and all-around great person. The only downfall we had is that we wished our trip was longer. We will definitely be back to stay longer next time!

The bathroom was a little tough with a toddler since there was only a shower.

The rooms were the perfect size, amenities were nice. We were able to build a campfire, play yard games and swim. It was nice that room service was by request so you knew if someone would be coming into the room while you were away. The town was a very short drive or trolley ride away. Not close enough to walk with the family which meant when we put our son to sleep early we could not hear any noise from people in town. We could have easily walked to town if we didn't have a toddler.

We had a great stay at Green Acre Motel! For starters, our reception by Tony at the front desk was so welcoming. He was outgoing and kind and answered our questions. We parked right outside our room which was really convenient. Our room was newly updated and had all that we were looking for - a mini fridge, TV, comfy queen sized bed and nice, hot shower. I forgot to pack a hair dryer and Tony even ran one over to me in the pouring rain as I got ready for a family wedding that night! The location was great, just about a mile or so from Lake George downtown, right off the highway. Plus the motel has a large pool, cornhole and ping pong for a little family fun. If you're looking for a great stay for a great value, look no further! Thanks Tony and family - we look forward to coming back!

Green Acre Motel provided a clean and comfortable room to come back to after a day at Saratoga and Lake George. The AC is dated but it works and the bathroom is very small but the room is a good size and the king sized bed is comfy. The hosts couldn’t be nicer and they were so grateful that we were there. Truly a really nice weekend and a really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.
