Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaIt was a little pricey. The pool wait staff was very slow, our lunch took forever and was cold. We finally got served after I asked about it.
The pool was beautiful, the hotel staff was great

United States of AmericaIt was beautiful:) we went for the weekend and enjoyed all the facilities it had to offer. The rooms were clean and the resort over all was just beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and also got messages that were great. This will now be our go to place when we visit Vegas. We will for sure be back.

United States of AmericaAbsence of coffee machine in the room.
I visited last week and was blown away by its beauty. The surrounding are stunning, we felt really safe thanks to a hotel’s security measures. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The swimming pools were amazing, and the life guards were top-notch. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

United KingdomIt was really let down that no drinks/snacks are provided in the room to purchase. After a 10 hour flight and getting to the hotel on the night not even the free waters was in the room. The room had a wet bar which was pointless just like the 2 mini bars as nothing was in them and nothing on the bar. We had to order room service for drinks and paid 20 dollars for 2 waters. There’s also no tea/coffee making facilities which is a must in hotels just for that first morning my coffee/tea. It’s just a way for hotels to make you keep ordering expensive room service where they add a tray charge and instant service charges each time which makes it ridiculously expensive for a coffee. Which makes me wonder why the hotels charge a hefty resort fee.
Location of the hotel is really good, has a shopping district right next door with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in addition to the many restaurants and bars within the hotel. Around 25 min drive to the strip which is reasonable to be out of the business of Las Vegas and be relaxed but still able to get to the strip when needed. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and casino. Lucky penny restaurant was great for anytime meals and drinks.

United States of AmericaVery expensive for 2 nights and from what I was told I could upgrade for $400. more. That would have 1300. For 2 nights
As for staff, I didn't speak to anyone. Just the one girl when I checked it. I was there alone to meet friends from lake LV. Dinner was amazing (steakhouse).

United States of AmericaCarpeting felt dated. Many restaurants on site felt like they were in the casino itself. We chose the Italian restaurant. Food was decent. Portions were a little too big and presentation could have been a little better.
Although part of a casino, the rooms are far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the casino noise that much. We liked that this was easy to get to from the highway and that we didn’t have to go to the strip to stay over a night while on the road. We also like the free parking.

United States of AmericaThe route from lobby &/or self-parking garage was 0.17 miles. The most direct route from parking garage to room required threading my way through the smoke-filled casino. No coffee maker or microwave in the room.& no airport shuttle service plus the room rate ranged from $149.00 to 351.00 per night…the resort fee & taxes fell in the typical range. Spotty & unresponsive room service—I had room service 5 out of 8 night stay & shower had mold in the grout, which was not addressed after I brought to attention of housekeeping. On check out, I showed a photo of mold to hotel front desk clerk.
Breakfast at lucky Penny was adequate to satisfy hunger but not especially note worthy

United States of AmericaWell my room was not up to par. There was peeling wall paper. The view was of a parking lot. And the faucet handles were missing the hot/cold labels, it was rusty. I was misinformed about the amenities provided with our stay. Reservations said that the use of the spa was included with the stay. However, when I got to the Spa, I was told that we had to purchase a service. It wasn’t a big deal, I purchased the Spa service. While I was at the spa one of the girls ask me to take off the robe when I was going upstairs to the pool that was connected to the Spa. I really don’t like to complain but I’m tired of not getting my money’s worth when I visit GVR. In the spa many of the showers were out of order and so was the whirlpool at the woman’s side. The front desk staff are very rude as well. I won’t get into how my husband was treated. I’ve stayed there many years ago when it was a luxury establishment. Its a shame that it’s not the same.
The pool is very nice and the staff there are personable and kind. I enjoyed my time most at the outdoor pool.

United States of AmericaWe made our reservation and it said $255 for the night, with our booking.com genius discount it brought it down to $204 for the night. Upon checking in we were told we would be charged a $108 deposit for the room for any damages and after we checked out it would be refunded. We left the room in great condition as we hardly spent any time in it and were enjoying the resort and casino most of the time. When we checked out they never refunded the $108 so we called and they said it was the charge for the resort fee. We had already paid the resort fee of $51 for the night and taxes in the $204 when we made the reservation.
The pool was fun for kiddos and room was nice.
