I know they are renovating but my room was in bad shape. It was on the very back side at the end and the lighting back there was horrible. I really did not feel safe. I propped up a chair with my luggage in it at my room door. The smoke detector was on the dresser behind the TV and the wires to connect it were hanging from the ceiling. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall and my toilet did not want to flush at times. The carpet near the bathroom was ripped/frayed and the whole thing needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. The light fixture was dirty and the shelving under the sink needed to be replaced. Someone had broken into their vending machine and it's so dark back there I can see why.

The staff were very friendly. I was told the original room I requested was not available because they were in the middle of doing some renovations so I was given another room for the same price.

it was a huge gap under the door.. A couple inches so I had to put towels under the door so nothing would get in. There where sold out so I couldn't ask for another room. And the ceiling needs to be replaced..it was hanging pieces

Furniture was shaky especially the microwave and fridge stand..completely leaning. Carpet was dirty and felt sticky. Some mold was visible in shower. Stayed here about 10 yrs ago and it's obvious nothing has changed... same decor..definitely in need of remodel

The smell of the room.We were right off of pool,so the smell was coming from the carpet...you know like kids run in the room wet and wet the carpet up....They need to shampoo the carpet....Also rats where running around outside...which really surprised me..The place was clean and no trash laying around. Oh and still waiting for my deposit back.

There is no trash cans in the room The tub has a very slow drain so when you take a shower it’s like taking a bath at the same time

there was no mention of deposit when we booked and then our non smoking room smelled like smoke, there was a condom wrapper in the bathroom, the king nonsmoking room was supposed to have a couch and it didn’t. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and there wasn’t that either

Breakfast was not included. They did not have any other options to offer in its place, so we feel like our value was decreased by not being able to enjoy a hot meal with our hotel booking.

The location was pretty central to where we wanted to be. It was a lively neighborhood but reasonable accommodations for just sleeping and spending most time outside of the hotel

Furniture in room was broken. The $100 deposit and waiting 3 days for a return was sketchy. The front desk was overly concerned about security, and set a negative tone about the safety of the facility.

Was told we could check.in at 2 when we called got there nothing was cleaned, waited till.after 3 and girl gave us a room went to room cleaning was being done, staff didn't speak English. Had to go back and get a different room this was upstairs the door could tell had Been crow barred into and wouldn't shut all the way, tub was cracked and peeling, felt unsafe at night. Was not worth the money from.the run around to dingy unsafe room
