Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had some roaches in our rooms and the pillows were not good. And in the desk in one room there was lwftover condoms fake eyelashes, ky jelly n other stuff in the drawer.
The staff was very nice and there when needed.

Zero amenities. Site stated there was a spa/jacuzzi and there was not. Didn’t even have a coffee bar.

I didn’t like that the sheets smelled like cigarettes and BO, the towels were dirty, there were random people sitting in the parking lot and and some random person smoking watching us go in and out. It seemed like the whole parking lot was just a weird hangout spot. It made us feel uncomfortable.
It was very modern and the room nice and organized. AC was great and the room felt cozy.

There was a lingering smoke smell although it says no smoking all over... the bathroom was nice but it was NOT clean... 2 towels were dingy and one looked brand new and there were only 2 washcloths
The best thing was the location... the check in process was fast and easy... the beds were soft... it wasn't loud... the vanity in the bathroom was nice

There were a few damages in the room but nothing that really affected the function of the stay.
Bed a was very comfortable as were the pillows and a desk to do work was greatly needed so I enjoyed that.

Hallway carpets need a good steam clean. Pillows are far to soft made my neck hurt a little. No support

The room was dirty and smelled like. The gave 1 towel and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. Yet the room was booked for 2 ppl.

The building was dated and smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. No phone in the room. Could use some cleaning up on the outside. Few amenities in the room. Glad I brought my hair dryer. It was difficult to communicate with staff due to language, although they seemed pleasant.
Rate was decent for the area and the type of facility. . Room was mostly clean. Room somewhat updated. Liked that there was no carpet. Staff was pleasant but there was a definite communication issue.

No view. Very thin walls. Small beds, not comfortable for 2 people. One of my family member slept in the car. The guy in the front sitting close to our room. Felt secluded. Went there solely for the renovated rooms and flooring.

No daily maid service only 2 towels for 3 day. The washing machine not working vending machines unplugged not working. I wanted soda at 2am needed to walk over to Wawa. Mini bottle shampoo half empty. The bathroom had a very nice touch light fixture on wall. The cord draped behind faucet constantly got wet plugged into GFCI outlet, but that can't be code. The pull down blind did not keep room dark enough when closed for sleeping in late.
Location was convenient and safe. The room was very clean and bed had 4 comfy pillows. The wifi worked well. AC/fan kept room comortable. I had fridge and microwave both clean. The hotel located right next to Wawa for gas and food short walk. Simple blind on window easy to work.

The tub was a little dirty and you can hear everything in the hallway because doors are not set correctly and they have big gaps all the way around.
The room was clean and the bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The cost of the room in which I have been staying in since first booking it with you after being told that I would get a discount from them if I just booked the room through them...
Nothing. The only way my room got clean was by me, even having asked for my room to be cleaned when I went out to the doctor on 11/30/2022.
