Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBedsheets a little scratchy. Room’s heater seemed to be on despite turning temperature way down. I prefer cool sleeping conditions so kept windows partially open.
Location excellent! Appreciated the simple breakfast offerings. Enjoyed having a personal balcony to sit outside and relax.

United States of AmericaBreakfast is included, but a bit minimal - yogurt, cereal, and a bit of fruit, basically. Can't complain, though - if you want more, there are good restaurants in the area.
The room was absolutely beautiful, with really nice Santa Fe-style architecture. Very cosy, overall! The location is nice too, with good restaurants in the immediate area and the Santa Fe Plaza area being about 15 minutes walk away. Also, the hosts are *really* nice, accomodating, nice to talk to and full of information about the area.

United States of AmericaThe only problem was the heater in the room, a built into the wall heater/air conditioner unit... Even though I was sleeping with earplugs, it was so loud when the heater turned on that it woke everybody up, including my hard of hearing mother. The hotel would really do its guests a service to install quiet heat/ ac units... I had turned it down to 60 so as not to be constantly awakened by this loud sound
The room was comfortable, quiet and perfect for our needs, the huge bathtub was great. The continental breakfast in the morning was very nice and helped get our day started off right. The host managers were very accommodating and welcoming. They let us park our car there after check out time for a few more hours.

Very cute property with a lot of character. Owners are fantastic. Rooms are clean and have charm. Breakfast area is very nice. There is a nice patio for sitting outside among the birds. It’s walking distance to everything you want to see in Santa Fe.

United States of AmericaAlong with the room being quaint and rustic I could hear every footstep above me, but the kitchenette and outdoor patio more than made up for it and it didn't prevent me from sleeping comfortably,
I chose the Guadalupe Inn for the location and the price, but was beyond pleasantly surprised by everything else it had to offer. Rustic, quaint, and friendly. If you want keyless entry and dump your keycard in the box on the way out, the Guadalupe Inn is not for you. If you want a friendly face greeting you on arrival and at breakfast, a community patio for gathering, and a comfortable breakfast area where you can converse with your group or other travelers, this place is for you. I had a kitchenette and a small outdoor patio which I used every day. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Great coffee shop down the street. Downtown Santa Fe only a 15 min walk.

United KingdomThe inn owners cat didn't let me pet her when she passed the patio. This is literally the only negative I can think of 😄
From the very start, the inn owner Alan was fantastic. He recommended a National Park we weren't even aware of (Bandelire) that ended up being one of our favourites. He was very kind and enthusiastic about the area. The room was almost as charming as Alan! Most things were a little older, but kept in incredibly great condition. We had a little private patio where we ate our dinner. The bed was comfy and there was a fabulous jetted tub that was older but was spotless and such a fun treat (there was also a separate shower). If we went back to Santa Fe, we would stay no where else.

United States of AmericaIt’s renovated old housing and that means with wood floors, every step taken in room above me could be heard. A little annoying, but had to consider the type of Inn it was. Also sound from adjacent room was quite loud. Not much for insulating between rooms. Difficult to locate driveway at first.
Wonderful old Santa Fe buildings. Good location for easy walking to square and downtown attractions. Great value for Santa Fe.
