Floors were not clean enough! My husband walked around in socks and they were pretty dirty! Everything else was very clean!

Could use new mattresses mine was pretty rough hard no support. Pillows were like hard cotton balls. I know could bring my own but I don't do that anymore because I got bedbugs from a hotel in my travels from California to North Carolina 4 years ago.

The lady at the front desk wasn't quite rude but she definitely was not nice either. She didn't say hello or good evening. The first words out her mouth after I waited at the desk for almost 10 minutes were "Do you have a reservation?" Like I said, not technically rude but I work in customer service and this lady definitely did not leave a good impression.

LOVED the shower. Lol. The breakfast was pretty plain but had the necessities for a fast and free breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable and was well kept.

The location is awful, we had a drunk homeless man sitting outside at the rundown gas station, it says they have breakfast but in reality they have cereal and muffins, the orange juice was hot, the floor was filthy, my daughters knees and feet were pitch black from crawling on the ground, the chair in the room was broke.

The bed was huge, the shower was amazing, papa johns was conveniently located across the street. It looked like the room has been newly remodeled.

The bedding was stained and it was in a run down part of town and there were no views. The first room we got smelled like smoke and the comforter was stained badly. I asked for another room and after the front desk checked my room he told me that it didn't but he would give me another chance with another room, other than that it was good. If it wouldn't have been for the price of the room and how close it was to everything I would have gone somewhere else just because of him being so rude.

The shower was amazing the room was clean and simple and it was close to everything I was there to do. For the price I would stay again

Quiet and all the Lights and water was in working order the y did not back up in the shower, additionally the AC was working great.

The room was great, but when we took a shower there was no way to get the steam out of the room and when you opened the bathroom door the steam got on the floor and made it slippery. They also need better parking it was a bit small but in all it was Quiet and good.

Staff was acting weird. I asked to keep my bags there until check in time. This man asked for my ID like he was the police, and proceeded to tell me that he couldn't keep the bags because he had all this cleaning to do and that they were just toooo heavy to be moving around. I'm a whole woman carrying these bags for miles so it sounded like an excuse. There's not a lot of professionalism with the staff except a young gentleman in the morning. Perhaps he's the manager because he was so much friendlier and accommodating.

The outside needs some TLC, the room could’ve been cleaner. Loaf of moldy bread and old eggs under the sink.

The location was great, price is reasonable. Rooms were newly redone, beds were comfortable.

Everything was as expected except two things. The staff informed us to be quiet because the walls are thin and other guests are sleeping. If I'm paying for a room, I shouldn't have to limit my noise level to accommodate others. What noise I make is for my discretion. When building the hotel, the company should have thought about making the walls thicker. That is not on the guests. And also, the battery to the remote did not have a back on it. So, accidentally we dropped the remote and the batteries fell out. One battery rolled under the bed, we pushed the bed over and under the bed, found not only the remote battery but the back to the remote as well. This just goes to show, they do not clean under the bed as it was found to be very filthy.

The room was nice upon first walking in. The shower was excellent. One of the best showers I have been in at a hotel. The bed slept well. The TV was not working properly and the staff came quickly to fix it.

I booked my room online, website and agreement said I could pay at the property when I arrived but my card was charged in advance. It didn’t really matter bc I was gonna use that card anyways although I feel they should’ve waited until I arrived as the agreement stated. I always want to walk into the room and make sure it’s descent before I stay bc I have stayed at many hotels that the pics look great online and the rooms are horrible, mostly at anything made by Wyndham but luckily this hotel was actually in nice shape. There is cameras everywhere which is good but made me feel like it was a bad part of town so I won’t be staying at this hotel again. There’s also no smoking and vaping signs everywhere so if you’re a smoker you’ll have to sit at the picnic table to smoke or your car or be forced to leave the property. Parking was ok, no issues with finding a space no matter what time of day/night I went out. Noise level is very high, can hear sirens, cars that sound like pissed off weedeaters all day and night!

The night shift check in lady was rude Breakfast was spoiled warm orange juice, cereal and watery coffee. No hot breakfast at all.

We were in our room for less than 30 mins unpacking our suitcases and having our toddlers walking around getting settled. Then we received a phone call from the front desk our telling us our children were too loud and this was a final warning or we would be removed from the hotel. I suppose the children need to be tied down and are not allowed to walk around which is ridiculous. The breakfast options were limited.

The shower was exceptional! Awesome water pressure nice and hot. Perfect shower experience. The room was very big and clean and the beds were really comfy.

Our next door neighbors was intimate all night and being very VERYY LOUD while doing so. We had kids with us. The front desk employer was notified about it. If any thing was done or said, I don't know but I doubt it.
