Hard to figure out how to get into the building or use the card to get into the parking garage. We were tired from our flight with a toddler and we began getting frustrated trying to get in. We came close to cancelling and booking elsewhere. Thankfully, the woman we spoke with on the phone was very patient. It was worrisome going somewhere and not having an actual person to deal with. But I will say once we got in, all the worry went away.

Loved the location, cleanliness, vibe. We were amazed at how beautiful it was. Having a fully functional kitchen was essential with a toddler. We felt very safe there. Loved the Starbucks coffee feature, it was right next to our room.

Fitness center was a bit hard to find. The pool area was under repair and was a mess. The apartment lobby and floor smelled like weed. I had to change my bedroom secondary to the smell next door.

There was no view from the room, which was different from the pictures on Booking.

Rooms were comfortable; there was a ceiling fan in the living area and in the bedroom. Ground coffee was well-supplied. They had the wrong type of coffee filter, which was not necessary for the type of coffee machine provided. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Room was very quiet. Plenty of available parking on the street. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Union Station was a 10-15 minute walk.

A comfortable, well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern upscale building (really, Starbucks coffee makers on every floor and in the lobby?! Wow!), facing the park and within 7min walk to Union Station. Very clean, very quiet, everything is new: well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Excellent 24 hour gym on the 2nd floor, with a full assortment of kettlebells up to a 70 pounder :) TVs with Netflix, Prime etc. Loved the LP player with a few good albums. In short: excellent property, can't recommend it enough.

For those who struggle with fully automated checkins, i would recommend that you come during hours with someone at the front desk. Its not hard, you just need to read the directions very clearly and take your time. The only thing that made this great location a bit difficult was that the elevator at the bridge to cross to go to the train station was broken. As I currently have an injury this meant that we needed to take a taxi to and from the station instead of being able to walk the 5 min walk to the station. This is of course not on Kasa, but on the city.

This stay exceeded our expectations. Clean, easy, nicely decorated and most importantly had a good kitchen with all the basic amenities that we needed. Nice, safe neighborhood.

Great location near Union Station, close to restaurants and walking distance to Mile High Stadium for Bronco game. Great layout of the suite. Nice to have a study, full kitchen, comfortable bed, small deck, bathroom with washer and dryer. We only stayed one night…wished we would have booked for a longer stay to enjoy the suite and the neighborhood.

The location to park it wasn’t detailed we got parking ticket for 50 bucks to park upfront the apartment and got charged full 3 days of the garage parking that we didn’t use the 1at day.

I wish I could have rated it a 10 but I can't due to the bed sheets & pillowcases not being clean. They had stains and different types of hair. So that was disappointing.

No complaints. Not having a Kasa office in the building may be an issue for some. All communication is done online. But check-in instructions were clear and it was an easy process. You will need internet access around check-in time as your building and room access codes are only made available at that time. Provided you have it, it’s smooth sailing. Just something to think about if you’re from abroad and you’re not planning to use data roaming!

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Large rooms. Well equipped. I loved the free Starbucks coffee machine on each floor, too. The location suited us but it’s a quiet area. Perfectly safe day and night, but quiet. If you’re walking, it’s about 10 minutes from the railway station. Go out the back, down the street and over the bridge crossing the additional railway tracks. It’s easy.

We were pretty excited, we were granted an early check in, arrived at our room and were unable to enter it. There was a problem with the deadbolt. We sat in the hallway waiting for an actual person to assist us for about 90 minutes. My husband was on the phone several times before someone came to assist. We had to change rooms and buildings and our room view was the train.

We liked the cleanliness of our room(s), it is a pretty new building. We appreciated the availability of dishes, the tea and coffee selection for the morning and were happy the staff worked with our room problem. Once we were able to talk with staff in person our problem was solved quickly and they were very, very nice. I mention later our room view was the train and transit train, however, the view of our first room was most likely other apartments. It all worked out.
