Only suggestion I would have is maybe to have a few more spare blankets? With 7 people there just wasnt enough for all . Otherwise no complaints. Except.......................the toilet paper is awful, haha. I understand cost, but we laughed about it, decided next time to bring our own . lol

The only gripe would be that the gate on the east side of the property was locked. It would be easier to access the beach from that gate.

The owner was friendly and very welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed, a complete 2+bedroom apartment with full kitchen, 2 king beds with e suites, living room, 2 dining options, gorgeous balcony overlooking the Gulf, steps away from the ocean, complete with a wonderful pool and assigned parking in a garage. Perfection! Cannot wait to return!

Better shades in the downstairs bedroom, the light come through the ones there when it started getting daylight and from the outside lights at night and maybe a small boardwalk or something to get to the beach.

Location was great! The condo was beautiful and had a very nice balcony, bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook!

The building and the elevator seemed a little dated. A spiral staircase is needed to access the second bedroom upstairs.

Beautiful location on Pensacola Beach. The unit was very nicely decorated and supplied. Ample seating for 6-8 people. Very comfortable bed on the main floor. A washing machine and dryer in the unit came in very handy.

There was nothing wrong with our stay.

The location was right on the beach. The condo was perfect; the size, the layout, the cleanliness and decor, it was gorgeous. The hosts stayed in touch right up until check-in to let us know nearby things to do, lock codes/key access, and that they were available to meet us to help out if we had any issues getting into the location. They were excellent.

This was for my bachelorette weekend and this condo was so beautiful and such a perfect space for 5 girls on a bachelorette weekend!!! It made the weekend so special for me and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to vacation with your spouse, girls trip, etc. The owner was incredibly good at communicating and told me everything I needed to know. I had such a fun weekend!

The only negative was a broken door handle on the balcony sliding door, which made it difficult to access the balcony. Other than that it was excellent.

The size of the condo was perfect for our family of seven, with plenty of beds and room to sleep and move about. The view and access to the beach were outstanding. We had plenty of towels, soaps, and cooking accessories to meet our needs.

This property was amazing! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the property had great beach access. We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 2 kids.

We found clothes from previous guests in the property, including underpants and a water bottle made up into a bed. Beach furniture was mostly broken. The upstairs trundle bed’s upper slats did not reliably hold position and would not support a 10 year-old’s weight. The host attempted to shake us down for $2000+ following the stay over “damage” to a table that appears to be to be something that any basic housekeeper could address with some basic cleaner. Avoid this property. You might find yourself being shaken down as well.
