Looking around the room things were not 100% clean and it had a very weird smell when we first arrived

the shower heads were too low to enjoy a shower and the bath tub drain wouldn’t drains very well filling the tub up with water.

The property was very private and quiet. short walk to beach.

Some of the appliences did not work well for instance the dryer did not dry the clothes and the shower curtain in the main bathroom would fall as soon as you touched it.

I liked how close we were to the beach. the home was very cozy at lani kai. The atmosphere was nice, and the facilities were very nice. It was quiet which I enjoyed a lot. They let us check in early and everyone was super nice. Nobody bothered us and the area felt very safe

in the master bedroom the tv was very very small maybe a 15 inch. In the spare bedroom for our children no tv at all, so while relaxing at bedtime it was a little uncomfortable, but we made the best of it! Not that big of a deal we were wore out from enjoy the day out in the pool and on the beach. this would not change our minds from renting again!

Cleanliness, comfort, easy access, plenty of parking, great amenities, great location. Everything was very peaceful! Not a lot of college students or young teens unattended. we really enjoyed our family vacation!

They never sent the email with the access code to the room. We had to call. One of the washers didn't work but took the money. Don't bother with cash, everything takes a credit or debit card.

Nothing close at all the eat! Only the 2 sassy bass restaurants and they were just ok.

The door knob broken, carpet wasn't vacuum, kitchen table was dirty and living room table dirty.

Comfortable bed, convenient on the beach, all amenities that were offered. Security was awesome. Conveniently close to shopping, activities and restaurants. Everything was in the condo to use. Dishes, toiletries( Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner available), paper towel, tissue, bath towels, wash clothes, dish detergent, finish for dishwasher all available. Loved It!

The beds felt horrible, it wouldn't stay cool, the bathrooms and tubs were so nasty. The dry off towels couldn't even be used

Since Vacasa did not provide any details, upon arrival, the security officer was able to find out which room was ours. The door passcode could be found in the lockbox provided near our door. Once I reached the room we found out that ours was one of four rooms with no lock box. After multiple attempts to contact Vacasa prior to our arrival, I finally was connected to a representative. The code he provide did not work, after about three hours we were soaked in sweat, and we had to call back. he kept resetting the code finally the door opened, About two minutes later the code ceased to work and now we restart the process. The room was listed as Ocean View, step out on the balcony and I'm looking at the parking lot with dumpsters and contractor vehicles working. The listing showed one bedroom with a queen-size bed and the second room with a queen size and a twin bed, that was not the case we had one bed in each room which included cockroaches and leftover food. The Vacasa rep insisted that I must be mistaken but he could offer a twenty-five dollar credit for being inconvienience out of the twin bed for our six-day stay, Ha-Ha not funny, as for the Ocean View, too bad but he could not move us to another room. After I contacted Booking.com they said they would file a complaint because the room was not as listed. I have yet to receive an update or a response. I was informed the next morning we were not the only ones that were having a bad experience.

one of the beds was uncomfortable. the individual sleeping on the bed broke out in hives. however, she has several allergies and we contributed it to the laundry soap for sheets. same bed was firmer than desired. everything else was great except fees were 1/3 of total charge of stay. we did have a good vacation.
