I didn't like the fact the ramp was hiding with a door that looked as though was not entrance. We struggle bringing our luggage up the steps. It was only at the end of the trip when we realized from the inside... where the door leads. Needs signage. The worker stood at watched me struggle, dragging the cart up the steps. After 3 mins, opened the door and said nothing. I made a comment regarding needing a ramp. Had an incident of car driving up late at night while walking up to location. They were hollering about illegal substances in a particular room. I will say the cops where sitting in the parking lot the next day so I felt better. I felt safe for 3 days, up until that point. I didn't like the bed being right by the door.

Upon check in time the office was closed and I had no access codes or idea of what condo I was in. There was an additional parking fee required and the front desk was closed and could not acquire a parking pass until the next day.

You pay for your trip then arrive only for management to scam a $25 parking fee for each car, so be aware of that hidden gem. This particular unit has a door code that is needlessly 10 digits long, just why. Try teaching that to a kid, or juggling your phone to put in such a long code each time, come on, 4 to 6 digits is plenty. The main issue on this trip was that the property advertises early check in if the room is ready. We arrived at 2:30, and I messaged VACASA to see if early check in was possible. They "checked" then replied that the property wasn't clean and the cleaners needed until 4pm. What they didn't know was that we were already at the property, and we waited watching the room for 2 hours, noone ever came, and we just sat there waiting. Once it hit 4, we entered the room and found it cleaned, as it obviously had been earlier in the day. VACASA directly lied to us, which resulted in us unnecessarily sitting in the car while the room was ready. Completely unacceptable and uncalled for.

The property is nice, great location right across from the beach. This complex has built new piers over the past few years, and they're great for fishing in little lagoon. There is also a boat launch, and boat parking for a fee. There are nice tennis courts, and a great fun shaped pool area with a hot tub and waterfall. Beach access is a short walk across the road.

Well cared for! Close to the beach. Maintenance was great! Our AC wasn’t cooling and someone was at the place within 15 minutes and fixed it quickly!

When pulling out the bed from couch seemed very dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and was very nervous to sleep on it. I found a roach in the bedroom on the headboard. You weren't able to walk anywhere for food - had to drive everywhere and traffic was crazy.

The bed was rough, and I wish an additional blanket would have been available. WiFi was spotty, but wasn't an issue since we were hardly in the room.

The location was great! Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub as well. It was a short distance to basically everything Gulf Shores had to offer!

The room we was in could use a little remodeling and we wished the pool was heated. The days we was there was bright and sunny but the pool was still freezing but that’s a pool there’s not much you can do there. The hot tub was closed the day after we arrived for remodeling then again it did need it and at least we got to enjoy it for that one night.

We absolutely loved the area and how we could over look the ocean and the river. We also loved the pool area and how we had privacy access to the beach.the staff was very nice and talked to us about what all they loved about the area and the place was very clean.

not able to get into unit for and hour and called number given with no answer,every time leaving or coming back had problem with this..balcony furniture wasnt very nice, small dressers for clothing and only 5 hangers in each room closest not having anyone on site to help if needed...

Broken towel rack, cabinets missing knobs, no batteries in remote control and NO WASHCLOTHS. VACASA failed to respond or remedy the situation.

We stayed in 406b. Refrigerator wasn’t working, not clean, no blankets. Pull out couch was gross. Outside and inside furniture cheap and very dated.

The room was very dated, not especially clean, the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall, the thermostat was hanging from the wall, there were cigarette butts on the patio from the prior guests, the floor turned out feet black from not being clean the first day, the dryer broke while we were there, that got fixed and then the washer flooded, the bathroom towels were thin and used looking, the bed linens had stains, the towels we were given to clean up the flood water were nicer than the towels in our bathroom, the bathtub didn’t drain until maintenance fixed it, the noise from neighbors and morning garbage trucks was a lot.

The location was good, the pool and pool area were good, the limited staff we dealt with were nice, the appliances were very clean.

The floors in the condo were dirty when we got there. The sheets didn’t fit the pullout couch. (they were twin sheets for a full-size bed) and one of the extra pillowcases had a stain on them. Also the mattress to the pullout couch looked worn out. Very very thin and broke down. We needed the extra pullout couch so one person was very uncomfortable with no where to sleep.

It was a good price ; bathroom was clean pool was nice.
