Bugs. I got bit multiple times while I was sleeping in both rooms and in the living room.

Our room had some thing broken like cabinet in bathroom door to one of the closets tv didn't work, the rug in the living room was very dirty we had to vacuum it before we could put the babies on the floor, some of the paint was pulling on the walls

Gulf village as a whole was nice and neat, being close to the beach was a plus

Told above Main issue dryer not working

I loved the location Loved seeing the beach from the balcony Loved the pool.Loved the layout of the condo Was very unhappy the elevator didnt work the day we arrived June 15 The dryer didnt work June 15 thur our entire stay I reported it 2 repair men come out the first one was maintenance it was not his job he thought it needed a belt he referred it to someone else they come Saturday while we were out I was called and told they were comming We tried using it again it did turn which it wasn't doing before but it had only cold air Why didnt they test it??? When we tried to use it the first tme the lint holder which was broken was laying in the tube and a double handful of lint was in the tub Is it not house keepings responsibility to check the washer dryer and dish washer when they clean ? A cabinet door hing in the kitchen was broken The track on the door going to the patio was full of sand then it would harly slide we oiled it and it was much better We had 3 Adults and 3 Children We really needed the dryer Paying the price we paid everything should have been working and clean when we arrived We dug out 2 remotes a flashlight a cigarette lighter a small stuffed animal a opened bag of doritos and a open bag of m&ms hosekeeping sure didnt look under that cushion I come to the beach for my birthday to relax and enjoy the beach not to stay on the phone holding forever talking to customer service asking to get a broom to sweep up the sand and to get the dryer repaired I didnot see housekeeping until they brought the broom I was never told how to get in touch with them.We should have been given clean towels and bathcloths since the dryer was broken I was told toliet tissue was furnished that didnt happens I bought some I cannot believe mangement I have never renter something this expensive before and it be like this when I arrived and the major issue the dryer not be repaired I had at least 5 Customer service people promise to.

The beds were comfortable, good view of the beach, and close proximity to the beach.

We called the min we got there to relocate due to mold, soiled furniture(all of it) porch door didn’t open from den to balcony- sinks and showers didn’t drain. I sent pics. Was told they could clean furniture- it was beyond that so we declined as that wouldn’t have helped- offered to relocate us we said ok but didn’t get call back about that till day 2 and we were only there 3 days. No relocation addresses were offered just lots of talk and call backs that went nowhere. We have asked for refund or partial refund or credit. Everyday of my vacation I spend trying to deal with this. Vacasa has yet to compensate in any way.

Paid for a balcony that we couldn't use due to construction and no balcony furniture. Safety concerns, we had a fire alarm that was taken down off the wall and put on the dresser without a battery, holder for fire extinguisher without fire extinguisher, broken mirror closet door off track in master bedroom couldn't use closet. Beds with only sheets no comforter or blanket bedding decorate pillows were stuffed in dresser and top of closet. Room not cleaned. Ceiling was flacking off, towel holders were coming off the wall, door handles were broken, kitchen counter siding pulling away from wall. Both TVs in the rooms would not work due to wrong remotes. One was missing a wire to be able to connect to DirectTV. Worse than a Motel 6 experience. Would not recommend this rental to anyone. Doubting if I will be booking vacation through Booking again if this is the rentals you offer.

parking was horrible, condo was not stocked had to go and buy blankets, dish towels, wash clothes, skillet, measuring cups & spoons & a knife for cutting! the dryer sounded like it was going to blow up, refrigerator leaked onto the food and held water! maintenance came listened to dryer said it needed to be replaced and not to use it as it was metal on metal scrubbing and could potentially start a fire, he turned down the fridge said it would fix the problem but all it did was made the food warm and it still leaked soaking the food directly under it! he said he would get property in contact with me yet they never did until I reached out again! I sent the videos of the leak and the dryer, I still have yet to hear from them! we were there for a worlds series and the washer & dryer was one if not the main reason we didn’t go to a hotel as I knew I would be washing uniforms daily. I had to go find a laundry mat at 10:00 pm to wash and dry a uniform in time for an 8:00am game. so inconvenient
