Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a smell on the floor that took a bit to shake and get use to. The shuttle service is great but at 10pm at night if I didn’t jump infront of the shuttle it wouldn’t have stopped. Also the hotel is non responsive to messages via booking.com so don’t try to ask questions it won’t get resolved.
The locations is great and efficient and kind staff helped the stay

At the breakfast everything is disposable. I hope it gets recycled. It took us like 30 min to schedule the Airport shuttle because phone was not attended.
Speed check-in process, the room was clean and with everything we needed. We had a comfortable stay! Breakfast was Ok, not to many options available but all fresh and clean. Airport shuttle is a plus.

on the night I checked in, the front desk staff was super nice. He offered to switched the room close to entrances without me asking because I have lots to carry and he also helped me with luggage. In the morning the shuttle driver was also super nice and helped me a lot. Means a lot to me. They are really caring and see what you need.

The room smelled a little funny when we 1st walked in so a nice smell is always welcoming.
It was just an overnight stay for us and the location is very convenient. The room was clean and we had a restful night. Our rate included breakfast which was convenient. There are plenty of choices to eat across from the hotel at night. The staff was friendly and polite.

The bed was a little hard, but after driving from Nevada to LAX through terrible, fast traffic, we were too tired for that to be a problem.
This is a very sophisticated hotel near the LAX airport. The room was smaller than some, but we didn't need a lot as we were staying one night and flying out the next morning. It was pretty quiet considering the location (just a few loud thumps from the room next door, but no airplane noise). The staff was uniformly courteous and knowledgeable. The airport van drivers were both great. We were given a recommendation for a dinner place just down the street and it was just exactly what we wanted. There are also a number of fast food restaurants nearby, if that is your preference. The van picked us up within minutes of our contacting the hotel and got us to our terminal just as we needed.

Shower head pressure was weak and the tap water smelled like sulfur. Not a huge deal though since we were only there 1 night and the lobby has water bottles to purchase.
Proximity to the airport, nearby grocery stores, convenience stores, and fast food. Bar open till 10pm. Shampoo and conditioner bottles that are bigger than travel size!

The only bad encounter I had was at the hotel bar. The bartender was a bit rude (more so with women, as I noticed) and ,honestly, made a terrible AND expensive martini
Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially when I had forgotten toothpaste -- they had some samples and that really saved me from having to buy some. Some restaurants nearby so good for a layover. Breakfast was decent. And the shuttle to/from airport was very handy
