Dirty. One bath towel, 3 hand towels and all had hair on them. Floor was dirty, beds were metal and made a lot of noise

My neighbors are very loud late into the evening

The location is excellent, and my room is always clean....always clean. My neighbors are very loud late at night. That is my only area of distress. The staff is always so polite and easy to respond to. It is so appreciated. It is one of the reasons I continue to stay here. I am on a travel assignment and this motel works for me.

The room was stark, with no lamps, only a few overhead lights. The composite floor could use a good cleaning, the bathroom door latch is missing, the TV is small with a broken remote, two very small towels and a roach in the bathtub, the beds could use a new mattress, the pillows are flat

Considering the fact the motel is on a major road by the shopping mall it was fairly quiet in the room.

The price is exceptional, my family and I are homeless and it's not been bad. I was accused of stealing towels and blankets. IDK why I would do that to check back in. We have been here since 5/7, and honestly, I believe I deserved more respect, considering I've spent close to 3 grand, and I was being threatened to not be able to check back in over 2 dollar towels??? REALLY

Location was lousy in suites #100 and up, located right beside a 4way traffic light of 4 lane roads with turn lights. Traffic noise was not expected. No breakfast or area to even consider eating a breakfast, as it was staff behind glass cages (like you would see in the movies for lesser establishments) bathrooms are tiny, a tub and a commode, door cannot be opened if someone is using commode, no room as legs are almost against the opposite wall. No daily maid service, (3 day stay) she waited until we left at 730AM the last day to get in and work the room. WIFI was open service, but rather slow, TV selection about 35 channels. Breakfast was in the booking advertisement, but not offered or available at the motel (yes, it's a 50's style Motel)

This is what you would call an old Motel with individual units side by side open to the parking lot. There was no breakfast, which was in the promotion of the hotel. Only a small kiosk of goods available until 10PM (Chips/snacks) Nice old Pine floors in rooms, but uneven in spots.

I didn't like that we couldn't get no extra towels and to find out that the whole staff there doesn't speak any English whatsoever but they can say yes they just don't know what it means

Checking in took a bit longer than most places.

Good location right of the expressway and price was equivalent to the accommodations. My wife and I had planned on traveling through the night and maybe grabbing a nap in a rest area for a bit but, decided on getting a room here and opted for 4 or 5 hours of sleep in bed instead. If all you want or need is a bed and a private bathroom, this place can accommodate you. We did not utilize the facilities in any other way so, I can not speak on any of that.

The AC was broken. When asked multiple days to move to a room with working AC was given a choice of multiple rooms all as hot as my first room . Staff was so nice and apologized . It was in the 90 when I was there .

The information on pet accommodations and fees was vague and ended up being pretty expensive. That bothers me. I did not expect it to be excellent accommodations as it was a lower rated motel but the bed was comfortable, the amenities were nonexistent,. It appeared to be a mom and pop type of ownership and I would always want to support that if I can. So I did not make a fuss even though the pet fee was very high and not clear until I checked in.

The room was fairly clean, but, the toilet seat was coming off and the blankets were worn and dingy. The tv remote had been taped up from some sort of previous damage and one of the beds' boxspring was literally broken. When I sat on the side of the bed, that whole side caved in. Refrigerator was dirty and I had to wipe it out before storing my food. Bedside table not in great condition and contained a leg from another piece of furniture.

The location was great; very close to shopping.
