We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTop blanket on bed had multiple stains and a small tear. Vacasa provided a brand new comforter blanket to us the same day, resolving the issue. There were also ants that found an open package (our fault), but Vacasa provided ant traps which resolved the problem.
Loved the location being in south Kihei, north Wailea area. It was very quiet and close to the Kamaole Sands Beach Park across the street. Parking was very convenient close to our room. The room(s) and floors were 99% clean.

United States of AmericaFinding the unit in the complex for the first time took a little long. We arrived in the dark, so I'm sure it's probably easier if you arrive in the day.
This was in a great location right by a nice park and beach. There was a very warm welcome. The property has everything you could possibly need for your stay, from beach towels to sunblock, chairs and snorkeling gear.

Location was great! Access to the beach, pool and parking lot was wonderful! Also, morning walks on Kihei rd was perfect! Very pleased with the location! Grounds keepers were friendly.

Canadakitchen definitely needs upgrading - peeling cupboards... sink and tap really old. Bathroom the same - needs updating - very dark in shower and old. Needs new shower curtain. Only had one beach chair. Wish there was more cleaning products on hand so I could keep up with a clean kitchen and bathroom. Wish all the lights had dimmer switches - only the dining room had dimmer. Need dimmer in bedroom especially. In general, the unit has been kind of neglected - but the location is superb, and if you lower your expectations and don't mind a little shabbiness then it's a fine stay.
Location is fantastic - liked that there is a kitchen and laundry - liked the pool and the BBQ area. Right across from the beach. Also really nice that they left us 2 small cooler bags for lunches etc, and they were stuffed with cookies, chocolates, nuts, chips etc. :)

United States of AmericaThere were a lot of rules about pool use. No toys or floats in the pool, no Marco Polo! I didn’t have small children with me, but it seemed pretty restrictive. We got a notice on our car about being towed if we didn’t get a parking pass, but were never told that we needed a pass. The office manager said he had nothing to do with our type of rental and was there for the people who actually lived in the units. He wasn’t rude, but seemed frustrated to have to assist us. The unit was very warm during the day. The window air units cannot keep up with the two story building and vaulted ceilings.
The property is just across the street from the beach. It was very convenient to walk across there. The unit had all kinds of amenities, like beach gear and cooking supplies for us to use.
