Really comfortable, clean and well presented room in a very nice house, located in a quite neighbourhood close to Hilo and the Volcanoes national park. The room is equipped with all the amenities you may need for a short stay, even with a coffee maker and coffee provided by the hosts. Michael and Laura were very friendly and welcoming but also very discreet during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

A bit far from the commercial area, but this gives you the opportunity to enjoy the birds singing in the surrounding silence.

MY stay was perfect. It was on a quiet gated property. The landscape and serene location afforded me a feeling of calm and relaxation. The room was very comfortable and clean. I slept so deep and sound and woke up completely refreshed. The hosts were very accommodating, kind and explained everything I needed to know to access the internet and I had everything I needed to make my stay seamless. I would highly recommend this location for anyone to feel safe and to experience a healthy dose of paradise!

Michael and Laura are lovely hosts. The room was secluded from their home, and yet comfortably close enough for conversation. The room had a delightful breeze (there was no A/C) and a very comfortable bed and private bath. They have a pool right outside the room. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, 15 to 30 min from stores and natural scenery. Lisa gave us insights only a local would have. We'd love to come back!

For us everything was perfect but perhaps not the place for those who are looking for perfect silence during the night : the house is in the nature so you can hear birds, frogs, etc.

Very nice room at Laura and Michael. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the company, the area, the pool, the animals. Perfect location in the countryside, practical to go to less touristic beaches and the volcanoes. Laura and Michael were amazing hosts. Thank you so much.

It is in the far corner of a neighborhood at the end of an unpaved street. very long drive to the main road (15 min)

The house is very secluded. Very friendly owners. Close to the Volcano NP. The house has everything. No A-C because the Nights are cool. Beautiful pool and covered parking.

Can't really say there was anything we didn't like we would suggest this place to anyone and we definitely want to go back.

The owners make you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, the interaction with Mike and Nola was priceless.

So beautiful, in gated neighborhood, lots of conveniences. The bed is so comfortable. The owners are amazing and friendly! There is a pool right outside the patio door and the ocean is short walk away! We loved it there!!

Great location for the Hilo and Volcano area - right in the middle. The hosts were awesome and the accommodations were very clean and perfect, even had a small desk to sit at. Had a fridge and Coffee maker too.

I wish we would have spent more time there. We had a short stay and spent the days exploring, but the location is wonderful and would be great to spend days just lounging there and swimming or reading by the pool. That is on me, though, as I overbooked my time. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hosts and location were wonderful! Laura and Michael are fun and inviting, and welcome you into their home like an old friend. The lush grounds are a relaxing oasis with a beautiful pool, lovely home, and soothing sound of coqui at night. The detached suite is comfortable and private with full bathroom, fridge, water and coffee, and they kindly left the kitchen open for us if needed.

Our stay was perfect! It was so peaceful and relaxing and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The coffee they provided was so delicious and the Hilo farmers market has the most amazing selection of fruits that we thoroughly enjoyed poolside. We would love a return visit!
