I heard a dog bark all night. It sounded like it was in the room beside me. The shower water pressure was horrible though. There was barely enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of my head

The view out of my window was so gorgeous. The breakfast was good for hotel food. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly

The only thing we didn't love about our stay was that we weren't able to check in until after 10pm. When you park in the parking garage there isn't a way to get to the hotel that late without keys so you have to go down to the street with all your luggage and wall around to tbe lobby entrance. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was decent for a hotel, the breakfast had many options and it's a great location for any activities at Walls Fargo Arena.

Parking garage was a little tricky because different levels were different hotels.

10-15 minute walk to bars/restaurants. Complemtary water/select pops in lobby. Easy access to the little convenience store, and can go at any time day/night.

Free parking. I put parking as a filter and this location does indeed offer parking but for a fee. I should have put free parking as a filter.

I didn’t intend to stay downtown but was booking on the road and picked this location. I was glad I did as we’d not have seen downtown otherwise and it’s a very nice downtown.

The breakfast wasn’t great and the hot tub was broken. The staff wasn’t very friendly and at times not available when needed. The tv in the room didn’t work.

It was clean and modern, and had a lot of amenities that we liked.

I was disappointed that the door to the room and the door to the bathroom were so hard to close and open. Almost had to kick the door to open it while unlocking it.

Most everything was great. The location and and parking were perfect! We were able to walk around and see so many different things.

Last time I arrived everything was perfect this time the Wi-Fi was out and the bathroom light stopped working. I figured out the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected and promptly fixed it but normally the place should be checked and fixed before checking in. Also the Tv stand wasn’t able to stretch out to the bedside since the mount was farther away on the wall. Other than that it was great, just minor complaints.

It’s welcoming and in the middle of downtown area so there’s plenty to do.

We loved the location as it was within walking distance to the Iowa Cubs game we were attending, as well as the river walk and bars/restaurants. The fireworks both nights, provided by the Iowa Cubs, were fantastic and we had the perfect view from our balcony. We also loved the view of the river from our balcony.

The price was a lot and then you have to pay a meter to park along a street or pay to park in a parking garage for additional rate!! Lots of unknowns before getting there and paying extra on top of a expensive room!!

Pool chemicals were terrible. We almost left a day early because our daughters eyes were so red. Crumb like chemicals were around the pool & it was hard to breathe at times.
