Morning breakfast both days ran out of coffee and took a long time to refill it, we went across the street to get coffees instead. Food also ran out after 9am and was slow to being refilled as well. Pull out in king suite not comfortable, our young kids complained and squeezed into our king bed Water bottles were not offered at check in. No sign to ask for complimentary ones, we knew from prev Trips to ask. Pool water too cold

The property was clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was pretty good most days. The property is not as “ghetto” as the property in Greece, NY.

I didn't like that I was charged once by booking.com in July and again while we stayed there in August. I will be trying to sort this out.

The woman working the breakfast room could have used some competent help. She was really working hard trying to keep up with demand while the people in the back part of the kitchen seemed to be new to the job and not all that helpful.

There was a very noisy commercial AC unit on the roof above us. We were on the 4th floor and we could hear and feel the vibrations.

Convenient location to RIT. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of parking.

The surrounding area around the hotel is not very pleasant. It’s an area in transition from old businesses to new ones.

The pool was cloudy and had too many chemicals. It also was not warm.

Toilet area smelled like urine and soap dish in shower small amount of easily cleanable black mold. Otherwise clean place.

We had no television for our entire weekend stay so from the time we checked in Friday until we left on Sunday. There was no working TV in the room and that was actually property wide throughout the whole hotel. I also did not like the fact that the garbage bags do not fit inside the garbage cans they are too small and with not getting room service it made it difficult to keep garbage tidy.

The breakfast was good. Location to attractions shopping dining was good.

The facility was clean and well maintained, but we did not have a good experience with breakfast. Maybe our timing was bad, but staff was unable to supply hot food for those attending. I was able to make a waffle, but no other hot food was made available while we were there.

Well there were mold stains in our shower at the bottom on the sides of the shower. Also some discoloring on the bottom on the outside under the sliding door. For a King size bed not as comfortable as I expected it to be.

The hotel was very nice. I would rate it as average accommodations.

The girl at check in was rude. She wasn't at the front desk when I arrived and when she saw me there she didn't greet me or say anything.
