Better lighting or security for parking lot?

Breakfast was great! Thank you so much! The location was not great in that my friend had her bike rack stolen off of her car in the middle of the night even though it had two locks on it locking it to her vehicle. She had two bikes to transport the next morning to the bike race plus kids and gear. Major headache for her. She has another race coming up and is not able to bring a second bike because she cannot afford a bike rack. I liked that Starbucks was right there in the morning too. I am addicted to coffee.

Children playing in the pool with balls and water guns. I got hit with the ball twice. They were also eating chips in the sauna. They were using the empty chips bags to get water and poured into the other pool. The door was left open the cold air was running in from the outside.

The beds were extra firm, a little too hard for this old body. We stayed because there was an indoor pool, but it was freezing, so I couldn't swim.

We loved that there was an indoor pool, there were also good toiletries provided which is really nice, and breakfast was really good. Also, they're pet friendly, and we love that!!

Toilet paper holder in the room was broken. Wish the window had opened more than a crack to relieve stuffiness.

Price was high compared to other accommodation we have been staying in on a 16 day tour of California and Nevada.

I didn’t like that we had to ask for maid service. I was upset, because I had asked that the room I was in to be serviced. I requested it the day before as stated in the policy and my room did not get cleaned. I told the person at the front desk and they promised it would be cleaned the following day. Again, it was not on the list of rooms to be serviced. I saw the cleaning lady in one of the rooms and I asked her to please clean the room I was in. She looked on her list of rooms to be serviced and my room was not on her list. In front of me she penciled in my room number and promised to clean my room. She finally cleaned the room 2 days after I had requested service. I should not have to hound the front desk people in order to get the room cleaned. I’ll think again about ever staying there again.

I liked the location. It was close to all that we wanted to see.

The shower hot water was not hot. The place outside the hotel was not safe to walk at night.

Looks like a industrial/low end retail part of town.

It was in a good proximity to an event we were attending; however the area is somewhat sketchy.

My TV would not work. I called the desk and was told someone would come to check. No one did. I called again and was told the cable was out - no TV for ‘some’ of the rooms. (No apology and no reason for never calling me back and no offer of compensation - very annoying.) The WiFi was too weak for streaming so I asked for free premium WiFi, which was granted, but it took 45 minutes of effort for the technician to figure out how to get me better WiFi. So…be prepared to spend $5 per night if you want decent WiFi.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was fine and available from 6a, which was convenient.

I booked this hotel specifically because it has an indoor pool and hot tub. We were looking forward to a mini vacation. Upon checking in, I was told that the pool and hot tub were closed. I now know to call ahead before I book a room. I would have cancelled if I could have. No WiFi. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Made several calls to the front desk and was finally referred to a technician. Turned out it wasn’t just my problem. There was a problem with it on our floor and another floor. Never got resolved during our stay. Room coffee maker didn’t work but they quickly replaced it.

Hot breakfast was very nice with many choices. A real plus when staying at a hotel. Enjoyed having access to tea and coffee from the lobby anytime we wanted it during our stay. Our room was on the fourth floor. Private , quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. We were allowed to check in early which was so accommodating. Thankful for that. Everything in room very clean and fresh.

For the amount that is been spent there for stay real eggs for one , put some love in to it for the people and guaranty they will be back , WI -fi don't work there , now that should be free and not have to pay . Slow down traffic from star buck , i notice some rude people and almost accidents .

Well for me Breakfast was ok, but watery eggs don't get it , terrible I know there powered eggs but have someone maintain , now I had front desk tell me that they would have cleaners clean my room after they found a pair of underwear in closet but never showed up.

We were taking a trip to the Pinnacles National Park and stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites specifically for our 7 year old grandson to use the pool. Pool was being updated. Would have been nice if they mentioned this on their website since a pool is a big deal for kids.

Staff kind and helpful. Breakfast great - espcially for grandson.
