No fridge in room, only ice-machine that worked was 6 floors down... no amentities. also couldn't get wifi to work...

The room and bathroom was decently nice. Location was pretty convenient. It's in hotel central. There's a good cafe downstairs, a Jimmy Johns and Chipotle and a few others across the street and two drug stores within 2-blocks.

Location ok. Parking is in a garage that we had to pay for. Room was not ready for 5 people as requested. Sofa "bed" had NO frame inside. Only 4 towels. Had to he moved to another room with sofa "bed" which at least had a frame but mattress was a joke. 5th person slept on couch instead of pulling out bed. Otherwise the room was very nice and spacious. Just expected room to be fully ready for 5, particularly for the price we paid!

Aside from problems noted below the room was quite nice and seemed clean and had comfortable queen beds. Breakfast was fine.

The carpet made it hard to roll the duffel. The round about door was hard to get through with large luggage. Booked a king bed room. Made it to my room on the 14th floor after a late check in to be in a double queen room and being charged a different price.

Very difficult to find. Passed it up twice before seen the narrow banner sign. Had to park in public garage ($48 for overnight!). No direct connection between garage & hotel. No access to luggage carts. Entrance NOT obvious. (“Enquirer” over the door.). Check-in on the 2nd floor; ground floor had only elevators. Room very basic. No ‘fridge or microwave. Room for up to 4 guests, but only ONE chair, a rolling one! Disappointing for Hampton Inn!

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was courteous. Near concert venue.

I drove around for about 10 minutes to park. Had to park around the conner and walk to the hotel.

We booked 3rd party, 3 rooms for 3 couples. They had to charge my card for all 3 rooms because they said I booked third party. I have never had to do that before, most places just separate it and put it on the other cards bc we did the pay later option. I thought that was an inconvenience because then other couples had to send me money. Then he also pended the extra $50 per night deposit on my card AND the other two cards. Once I noticed that the actual charge was $50 lower than what they pended, I had to then send them back $50 bc they overpaid me. It was very odd. Also, the shower water pressure is very bad, it felt like hardly no water was coming out and it took a very long time to get even remotely warm.

The location is great, it's close to all of the things we were wanting to do and a 3 minute walk from the restaurant we had reservations at. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and big, plenty of channels on the TV and the staff was nice.

It was hard to park and check into hotel. No information outside of building to really know which elevator to get to check in. Had Valet parking but no one came out to provide service. Had to leave vehicle out front to go find lobby. Wet and dirty inside building doors. Sidewalks not shoveled to clear path for customers. Getting into parking garage from hotel inconvenient and unsafe. No signs to inform customers how to get from garage to hotel

I was planning to stay for one night, then decided to extend for one more, the second night was way expensive and hotel staff couldn’t help me to at least match the price for the second night.

Fantastic location! We could easily walk anywhere, or ride the free Connector. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Quiet and spacious room. Loved the history of the building. The breakfast was okay.

Wi-Fi did not work and trying to log onto it really messed up my iPhone until I finally got logged out. My husband was able to pick up great reception in room without a login🧐 Also, shower did not work well as most water went down drain through tub faucet, not shower head.

Very poor air conditioning. Rooms had box fans. Rooms could use a little upgrade, especially the bathrooms.

Breakfast was ok, i remember it being a bit better. I am being critical. It did the job. I am a true coffee drinker, i wish would could have coffee like in Italy, that's all applies for every hotel that's i've seen around here. No worries, i didn't have my coffee this morning. Cheers.

Parking, not much for options, but the valet service did a nice job
