I have no complaints!

Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Closeness to the Smart Financial Center is why we chose the location. The room was super clean and the staff was phenomenal!

The beds were kind of hard, but I think that is just a personal preference and it really doesn't affect my rating at all! We actually plan to go back again this weekend!

I loved everything about my stay! The location was perfect, the view and breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were really nice. The pool was an added plus for my son and his friend to enjoy while my husband and I got to relax on their comfy patio sets.

The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the front desk worked was very helpful when I came in frantically looking for something to clean up after my son puked all over the car.

The TV went out while we were watching, which was a bummer. However, they fixed it the next day. There was a weird instance where housekeeping came into our room while we were at breakfast 0930 to change out towels and stuff. The odd part is that we were about to check out in an hour. We were at breakfast, so all our stuff was open in the room, and my mom came back to the room to find them in there. They were supposed to wait until we checked out before going in that morning. So, just be precautious not to leave your wallet or purse in the room. Since we were just downstairs at breakfast, I didn't feel the need to take it with me. Maybe I am paranoid, but people can steal your identity or credit info in a heartbeat.

The property is well kept and modern. The beds are comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast is very sufficient and they have something for everyone. The staff was very courteous at every interaction.

The breakfast and coffee were kind of gross but serviceable.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I didn't see any bugs or smell any mildew like in other Houston area hotels I've stayed in on previous business trips. The facility was nicer than I expected. It's within walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to HEB or Whole Foods if you're staying for more than a few days.

Our room did not get cleaned after the first night. There was a loud commotion in the hallway for about 2 hours at night

When I walked into the room, it looked messy as the beds were not made (added a pic). I called the front desk and the guy who answered assured me that it was cleaned, but if I wasn't comfortable he could give me another room. The sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean and so did the rest of the room, so decided to stay there as I didn't want to grab two sleepy kids and bags to another floor and another room at 10:30 in the night.

I only stayed here for one night so can't say much besides that the room was spacious and clean, they had a good breakfast and staff was professional.

I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my room, even though I didn't check in for 2 hours of the time I had initially chose. My room should have already been ready prior to check in, but the front desk guy had to check on the room status and although he assigned it, waiting on the room once i got to the room was a little annoying. Luckily, things worked out because i had plans scheduled for the day and they were almost messed up due to getting my room late, but it all worked out.

The room was cleaned and housekeeping did an excellent job in making sure it was thoroughly cleaned.

Very minor defects in the bath and bedside clock. No quarters available for laundry at front desk. Scrambled eggs were ok but not as great as previous visits.

Breakfast and location are both very good. Having an HEB next door and a refrigerator in the room is also very nice. Laundry facilities are very good. Gym is surprisingly good. There is also an outside pool.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions at checkout to avoid flooded areas. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable with good breakfast.
