Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only complaint was I had a conjoined room. My neighbor was banging and screaming from his room. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

The hotel was not very quiet. The walls were so thin you could hear the conversation of the people in the room next door. Also, the hotel floors in both the room and bathroom did not appear clean (hair and crumbs).
The bed and pillows we’re comfortable.

All the treadmills in the gym were not working. Also when I checked in they did not code my key correctly so I had to come back down and have it done again (inconvenient).

We thought we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and handicap accessible but when we got there it was a king bed and pull out couch. our daughter ended up paying for a separate room. Even though we were in a handicap room, there were absolutely zero safety bars around the toilet, only in the shower. very disappointed that it really wasn’t handicap accessible and also our daughter had to pay over $100 for an extra room.
Location was good. The breakfast was good.

I didn't like the fact that you automatically added $20/ day for extras. I think that should be added as guests buy extras. I didn't like the fact that you had to request to have the room cleaned the night before. The one time I asked that they change our bed, it wasn't done and I had to ask again. They had the wrong fitted sheet on our bed and it kept coming off when we slept. The day I asked for the change, they came and gave us new towels but didn't do the bed, give us any soap or shampoo and didn't empty the wastepaper basket. We were there 6 days and I only asked for the change once. During the week I emptied our wastepaper baskets by myself in a trash can outside the hotel door.
The breakfasts were very good. There were lots of choices for food. We liked the availability of the all day coffee pots and water. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We loved the layout of the room.

No wash clothes in the room

the only thing wrong was that when we entered, there was this really strong smell, we couldn’t describe it, idk if it was from someone smoking in the room previously or what but after awhile we got used to it but it definitely was still there

The breakfast was not good. The eggs tasted fake. The sausage had an odd taste and rubbery. No waffle dough to make a waffle. very poor quality food. We ended up going to get something at Caribou

Power went out on second floor. Bad experience, but it was only an hour Before checkout so it wasnt all that bad.

Bed was too hard and the bedding didn't fit the size of bed, it keep popping off. Walls are thin you can hear when other guest wake up or they set breakfast up.
Over all the room was nice and the staff were very friendly. They had a nice buffet breakfast and we were excited to see the pool open!

We stayed here for one night because it's nearby our house, about 15 mins away (we needed to evacuate during bathroom remodeled). Anyway, after we got back home I soon realized that I left my phone charger next to the bed. We called the hotel right away, but they said the couldn't find it. We didn't make a stop anywhere and I've waited for 2 days now to make sure I unloaded everything before writing this down.
Everywhere is clean and kept tidy in the establishment. Pool, breakfast area, room, hallways.

Only encountered three problems during our stay. Booked a king room and the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. The ice machine on our floor was not working. We stayed on the fourth floor and the hallway was very cold compared to the lobby.
The bathroom was modern and has a spacious walk-in shower. Breakfast had lots of different options including a make your own waffle station. The room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave.

We were not informed that this property is so understaffed that they could not provide housekeeping service for guests staying more than one night. We returned to our room on nights 2 and 3 to find used, wet towels and an unmade bed.
