The two elevators were very slow. The bathtub floor was very slippery, dangerous. The shower curtain was too short so it didn't contain the water, it splashed everywhere.

It was good. Would have liked more fresh fruit.

The facility and the rooms should be cleaned more thoroughly. I haven’t stayed here in a while so it’s been at least two years and when I stay there the place where was immaculate. I don’t know what has happened over the years but I feel like the bathroom and the crevices need to be cleaned a lot more thoroughly. My room floor was not vacuum thoroughly and had leftover debris.

The handle on the toilet in our room was broken and the toilet ran all night. There were people in the parking lot on a van hanging around

the area under the floating vanity has been overlooked during the cleaning process based on the caked on dust - but other than this the room was very clean and welcoming.

the location is great (15min by car from the botanical garden and 5min from The Sixt). We arrived on Thanksgiving and parking was available. The room was comfortable and clean, great for our one night stay. Breakfast was ok, with oatmeal, bagels and scrambled eggs.

The parking lot was a bit small. I was informed that during my stay, they only had under 50% of the property booked, and one of the nights I had to be out late, I had a little trouble getting a parking space (there were two spaces available, but some people don’t know how to properly park their vehicles inside the parking space). Once I managed to park my car, and tried going inside, the automatic front doors wouldn’t open. My boyfriend had to kind of force open the doors, and we saw a young man behind a computer at the front desk, chillin & laughing - he seemed as though he was either watching something like a tv show, or talking on the phone with someone he knew. Either way, he didn’t seem to have noticed us waiting for the doors to open before we had to try and open it ourselves. I didn’t see any sort of doorbell or button for the front desk to get us in, but it was very late and all I wanted was to get to my room. This was the only time I had an issue .

My bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect. The stopper in the sink was stuck shut and water filled up in the sink and slowly drained. There was hair in shower.

My room was too close to the elevator . My room was a joining room. The constant slamming of doors on Saturday night broke my rest , based on room location. I recognize that the hotel tries to accommodate all guests, but in this situation, they could do better for a single person as well.

I love the location because it is ideal. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping .

Great location, easy to get in and out. Felt safe in this location. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Doggy friendly.

I was able to digitally check in, but had to go to the front desk and back out to my car with the parking permit. Breakfast was good, but no sliced fruit as the sign said. Hallways looked shabby.

It was a great location. We walked to dinner across the street. Parking was free and easy.

The room was clean but I did find some hair on the bathroom. The AC sounded too loud. The staff wasn't nice.

Location was amazing! Breakfast was great, had so many options. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything needed, the room had a coffee machine which I loved!
