Breakfast is not great at all but complimentary so your choice whether to stay and eat.

The breakfast didn’t look great so we left instead. The location is far out from city centre but we used at arrival night pit stop. The room was big and clean. Quiet room.

I booked a king but received a double because I was told that Booking doesn't know what rooms are available

The walls are extremely thin and you could hear the people next door all night long. We were 2 doors down from the elevator, and you could hear the dings from the elevator when the TV was off which was very annoying.

The location was excellent. It was close to Austin while being away from traffic and hustle, it was also near really great restaurants.

The breakfast potatoes and murky pool were not the best, that being said these are usually not the highest on my list when traveling.

The safety measures they take in the evening were spectacular. I was worried about the location because of all the construction but as soon as you entered the building you completely forgot there is an outside world.

Owner could have spent more on the bathrooms. Many of the newer Hampton Inns have nicer showers and counter tops in the bathroom.

I requested two room on the same floor because we were traveling with my 87 year old mother. I made the request on April 9th 20 days before our arrival. Upon arrival they said they were full and could not get two rooms on the same floor but my mom could change rooms the following night if she wanted to. She ended up just staying in the same room all three nights. It is a little hard to believe their system would not put two rooms at 3 nights each over $1000 reservation over all the single room one night stays.

Faucet handles squeaked, bathroom door squeaked, trash can was tiny, toilet flushing was soooo loud, overall not kid-friendly or baby-friendly. We have a baby and the loud sounds woke her up. Really weak coffee. Very low quality shower head. You can tell the original was replaced with something very cheap. Probably would not stay here again for all the reasons listed above, plus it was very expensive for the quality.

Lots of road construction. Hard to find the entrance to the property especially in a rainstorm. But this is not their fault.

I would have liked something to put my suitcase on so I didn’t have to open it on the floor The breakfast was fair. The breakfast we had at the Hampton in Houston was much better

property was located in a road work zone. You had to drive right through the worksite to get to hotel. Okay during the day but very dangerous at no lights on construction site road or signage. I am going back to my original reservation as I think charged more than I originally planned.

the staff was difficult to get answers from. I just needed to check out a day early and they said they couldn’t help me. the agent at booking.com had to contact them several times for an answer and I was staying in the hotel. never saw that before.

the hotel is clean, comfortable beds, nice pool area. pretty quiet even though there is construction in the front.

I was happy with everything.

It was a lovely facility that will only improve when the highway construction in front of the hotel are finished. It was the only location close to our daughter and grandsons and they suggested it to us for our brief visit. Yes, we would happily stay there again.
