You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaA large group of student came down to breakfast as we did. Only one person was there to restock/clean the breakfast area. I felt terrible for her... I suppose the hotel knew they were coming, it would have been nice to have extra help on hand. Our breakfast was definitely not a pleasant experience.
Close to many dining options. Loved that we could walk to Pasquale's, a nice Italian restaurant. Pool and fitness room were also a great plus.

United States of AmericaMy husband and I came down at 8:00 and there was hardly any food. No fresh fruit, very little eggs and bacon and all the bagels, muffins and danish were wiped out completely. My husband asked the woman working there if she was going to refill and she said yes. We were there for 45 minutes and still no food. However we did see her come out and make herself a waffle and took it in the back room. We have used Hampton Inns many times but never saw such a poor continental breakfast. That was the only thing wrong with this location.
