It felt under construction with no actual signs indicating there was any formal construction work, so it's hard to tell if the property is just getting old or if they are actually working on it. One of the main lobby doors wasn't working, not a huge deal as you could easily pry it open. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but that's always hit and miss in hotels. Overall I've stayed in better for 2/3 or less of the price.

Good location, next to a Dunkin and other shopping, with good access to the highway. The staff were great, friendly and professional. Plenty of lit parking.

Bathroom: 1. paint peeling in certain areas. plaster issues. 2. Tub filled up with water when taking shower - slow or backed up drain TV would randomly turn off or reset Stains on carpet near desk area

Bring back the floor towel for the shower. It is weird and uncomfortable stepping out of the shower on a tiny towel.

Bed was nice and comforter was fluffy. The fridge worked, hall was clean. Was not loud in the hall during our stay.

The room was musty smelling, the hydro tub had mildew and broken jets. The room had lots of dead spiders and ants in the mini kitchen and bathroom. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Location was pleasant and quiet. Check in staff was very welcoming friendly.

Breakfast wasn't good one morning because they had some kind of seasoned frittata omelets instead of scrambled eggs. It was horrible. Bathroom was very small. Never anyone at the front desk. Had to wait quite awhile for someone to check in and check out.

The hotel was clean and in a nicely located position, near the highway and surrounded by stores and places to eat.

The bathroom needs updating- the tub and toilet are pretty old. The waterpressure was really good, but no hand-held shower makes it hard to shower without having to wet your hair. Wish there were some plant-based milks or yogurts at breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable, although a little squeeky. The extra living space was super convenient. Not one but 2 TVs in the room, made it easy for each of us to watch what we liked. The little fridge was very useful. Nice to have fresh coffee and hot water around the clock in the lobby. Miss Maria made up our room with a lot of care and made our stay more enjoyable ❤️

Coffee maker was completely broken and coffee cup sizes were extremely small.

Loved the dove toiletries ,the extra thick towels, handicapped shower had sturdy shower chair.The micro wave and fridge were convenient . Bed was soft and comfy but a little high for me to climb up in, I walk with a cane. I had keto choices for breakfast (turkey sausage and egg omelette ) and lots of coffee since coffee maker in room did not work.

The reception was not very warm..the two ladies on duty at the time of check-in were not hospitable. It took way too long to receive items requested.

The rooms were clean the pools a nice size.the staff that handled breakfast was great. All doors are keyed entry so I was pleased with security.
