I didn't like the small faucet in the bathroom it made it very hard to use its set to close to the counter it needs to come out in the sink bowl more. I wished there was slice cheese option for the grits and not just shredded cheese on the breakfast line also bacon should be added and another waffle maker the line to make waffles was too long of a wait for a hotel where everyone would possibly want waffles so adding another waffle maker would probably help alot and keep the wait line down.

I liked the room view and the location of the hotel. The room itself was a nice size as well and comfortable. I liked the option to be able to have used the next door hotels pool as well even though this hotels pool was very convenient and available. I also liked the beds however the pillows were tooooooo soft as soon as my head laid on it it went flat so there wasn't mush support for my head/neck.

No body soap, snagged a new one though and replaced it. Handle on drawer fell off. I finger tightened it back, but it kept falling off, the threads were broken on the handle. Put it back the best I could.

View from room was the gulf of Mexico. Play frogger and you're on the beach! (please be careful) In the middle of everything, pick a side and just drive that way to find something. Stayed for 4 nights and breakfast was great every morning. More than enough to make it to dinner or have a light snack for lunch. King suite with sofa bed room was HUGE! Biggest room I've stayed in so far. Bed was comfortable. Our teen slept on the sofa bed, but then slept on the sofa the rest of the nights. He said he preferred the sofa.

The mattress wasn't too comfortable.

I liked the hand pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall in the shower. I liked that they had coffee in the lobby available 24 hrs. The hot breakfast was good.

The refrigerator did not keep our food cold, just barely. The bathroom shower had some wear and tare. One of the bed pillows, my mom slept on had a few brown stains on it. It was a bit noisy on our floor, mainly at night.

I like that the staff was friendly and the room was nice.

That they tried to charge my card $200 for a smoking fee && I don’t smoke . They have open up && investigation && I’m all for it cause I hate liars && they are definitely lien . Nobody smoked nothing && that room at all .

It was peaceful . Staff was good. Room was clean. Food … it looked decent but we didn’t eat .

The other guess on our for was disrespectful with the loud television and loud voices in the Hal’s each night.

The room, staff were great. Breakfast was freash and and healthy choices.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT CHECK IN IS 3-10pm AND I ARRIVED AT 8pm TO FIND OUT THAT THE MANAGER CANCELED MY ROOM AND CHARGED MY CARD. WHEN I BOOKED, I PUT ON MY BOOKINGS I WOULD ARRIVE IN THE EVENING. I ARRIVED WITH 2 YOUNG KIDS AND HAD TO WAIT TO SORT THE MESS OUT. SHE SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME A Courtesy CALL TO CHECK IN WITH ME. SHE DID NOT. I WAS TOLD THAT SHE CANCELED TWO OTHERS BEFORE LEAVING JUST BECAUSE. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR STEPPING UP. AFTER WORKING ALL DAY AND TRAVELING, THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.

The stay was great. I really like the staff that was there at the time because they went above and beyond for me. I arrived during check out times and was notified the manager canceled my room but they quickly found me another and upgraded.

The sliding bathroom door kept getting stuck. The slide was not attached properly anymore. We just made do with it though because it was apparent they were short staffed & it wasn’t an urgent matter to us.

Breakfast was great day 1. Day 2 was just okay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, especially Dawnette. Location & view were perfect.

The location was excellent!! Near everything we wanted to see and do and of course across from the beach!!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful as well!!
