We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaMy room had a bad smell, the sink was semi clogged…drained really slow, and when I went to check in I had to wait like 20 mins because nobody was at the front desk. There was a sign that said they would be back but that’s a little ridiculous that nobody was at the front desk for that long of a time.
My room was nice and clean. The bed was pretty comfy and had great pillows! The breakfast was good with a large variety of selections (eggs, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bacon…etc), along with good coffee. Staff was friendly and polite.

United States of AmericaThe neighborhood is a little industrial so there aren't any sidewalks and we had to cross a busy street to get to the restaurants. It was a little unsettling walking home in the dark.
The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. It was an easy walk to several restaurants and we had a lovely dinner at Firebirds. The staff was friendly and seemed quite happy which is always a very good sign and reflects well on the management. I was very pleased that there was no additional charge for our little dog to stay with us. The hotel offered a lot of amenities, too. Maybe next time we will use some of them?

Cleanliness is the utmost important thing for me, and this Hampton Inn is well above 5 stars!! Bed was extremely comfortable, room was extremely clean, breakfast choices were abundant and taste was exceptional! The breakfast area was extremely clean and was tended to the whole time we were there.

The different settings would have been not terrible if there was more than one setting that you can actually use.

United States of AmericaBe aware that this hotel is located in an area where restaurants close very early in the evening. The hotel provided a list of local recommended restaurants but we had trouble finding a place that was still open after 7 pm. We found a restaurant that was listed as open until 10 pm, only to find out after taking an Uber to get there that the kitchen closed at 7:30pm (we arrived at 8 pm) and only the bar section remained open. We had difficulty getting an Uber back to the hotel.
Great breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options, including a prepacked "to go" bag if you're in a hurry or want to take something on the road. They even left a happy note on the wrapped fresh fruit.
