The pool was a major let down and disappointment, there were 6 kids playing in the pool so there was no room for anyone else , they also had an extension cord running along the floor sitting in water plugged into a humidifier( very dangerous) . The buffet was just ok.

breakfast was good and hot - they even had sugar free syrup for your waffles! location of the hotel was perfect for us bc we were in town for a concert at the Spectrum. Walking distance to great restaurants and some cool greenway trails. room was comfortable, shower had hot water, bed was comfy and they gave us plenty of extra pillows when we asked.

A few minor cleaning issues however, I understand that the cleaning staff is moving fast.

State of repair for price

9th floor. Room was a little run down and needed repair. Bed skirt was falling off and loud tin noises. Window was stuck and dirty. Grime in the bathroom and shower head leaked everywhere but out

I didn't like the fact that I called the hotel the day before. The front clerk told me I didn't have to pay the $25 for parking because I went through booking .com then after I paid my $50 deposit they apparently added the $25 dollars. I was pissed!

The exhaust fan in the room didn’t work, and the shampoo/conditioner/ body wash were all empty.

The staff were very hospitable, and the ladies who keep the breakfast going were fantastic!

Parking garage was a little bit of a mess. We tried to park before checking and realized we couldn’t get in without a key card. We had to back up to get out with cars pulling in behind us and it was an already a tight space.

Parking was a nightmare especially considering I was charged $25 for parking and could never find a parking spot.

The pool was cold which I myself didn’t get in my kids did and they didn’t last long. And there was no microwave in our room to heat up our babies bottles luckily we had family staying in another room that had a microwave.

The location was amazing walking distance to everything and was right near where we needed to go the next day. Loved the maple breakfast sausage they had wish we could find it where we live but not sure what kind it was!

Sadly the smoke alarms in our room were out of date. Which caused them to beep our entire stay. Beeping smoke alarms can mean a multitude of things but either way it is a hazard to the hotel and it’s guest.

I requested a cleaning of my room. I was told it would get done. The hotel was sold out as there was a Pink concert that weekend. My wife and I went out and visited some tourist attractions. Upon our return to the room, housekeeping still had not attended to our room.

The location was great. It was very accessible to things we wanted to visit. Breakfast was pretty good if you weren't able yo get out. We were able to visit a lot of Charlotte's attractions.

The parking lot filled up around 8pm on a Saturday and when we got back around 1am our parking garage was full and I had to find another lot. I was told the $25 would be taken off my bill after talking to the front desk

Great location in relation to the city’s activities. The room was clean and plenty of towels. The staff was great; friendly and helpful at all hours. Breakfast was also great

The breakfast needs major improvement and parking should be included in the price whether the purchase is directly through your website or a third party or their should be some mention of the cost on your website. Also the bath tub had rusted spots so there was no taking a bath only option was to shower.
