To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt's a dual property Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in the same building. The description of the room that I booked was for a king bed with a sofa bed for Hampton Inn. The staff explained only the Homewood Suites room have sofa beds. But the staff quickly accommodated our request. We were switched to a room with two queen beds.

United States of AmericaWeekends parking lot gets full and the spaces are very tight. If you plan on going out at night you may come back and no spots left to park. There are two hotels so there are two different breakfast spots and it isn’t marked well on which one is which.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I was given free water at the lobby and a pack and play with extra blankets for my baby. Checking in and out was very easy. I loved the body wash and lotion in the bathroom.

United States of Americathe only downfall about this hotel would have to be the parking. there is only a very limited amount of parking spaces for all the people at the hotel so on a saturday night it leaves a lot of people to park in a lot or different ramp and walk.
