The breakfast was so great and the staff was around to help with anything. A very comfy, friendly environment.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly and had broken curtains. When we asked to switch rooms after the first night we were moved to a room with odor. After the 3rd attempt we got into a room and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Very disappointed as we’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. We Will not be returning.

I've always had good luck with Hampton Inn but this was better than most. The staff was friendly and welcoming everything shown in the pictures was as is. If I'm in this area in the future I'm sure I'll stay here again

Wasn't very clean. 1 light in bathroom broken, one light in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't reset. A large hole was cut into the wall and not fixed. Sheets were not fresh.

The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. There was a new employee at the front desk, he was very helpful and worked very hard to accommodate the situation. He is a keeper for an employee.

the water was hard. the door to the room didn’t lock and the fridge did not work. when I asked for extra towels the night shift informed me to go to the gas station if I need something else. furniture was stained. room smelled like smoke.

Front desk guy didn’t understand what a hypoallergenic pillow was. He gave me a 5th down pillow, which I’m allergic to. WiFi didn’t work until a 20-minute call to help desk. Inside of fridge was dirty. Ironing board got stuck and wouldn’t close. No safe in room. Water pressure in shower was poor, and there was no curtain liner so the fabric shower curtain got soaked. Toilet paper roll had a gross spot on the end. Mats in lobby were a hazard; they got wrinkled as I walked with my rolling bag and tripped me.

It was close to where we were going (an event).

We booked this room through booking.com and received confirmation, however when we went to check-in they had no record of our reservation. Even after showing the confirmation number they couldn’t find it. Thankfully they were still able to accommodate us and were very friendly, but not sure what happened there. Our room was spacious and had a refrigerator and microwave, however the air conditioner wasn’t working so we weren’t able to get the room to a comfortable temperature. In their defense we didn’t report this to the staff so they didn’t have the chance to correct.
