Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tub backed up when showering and the toilet was not bolted down when you san the whole thing moved not just the seat!

2nd time in a row I was assigned room 133 with carpet cleanness issues, broken sink and maladjusted/broken heat thermostat. I was offered room replacement when available when asked, but how about fixing the issues rather than hoping noone will notice?
Great breakfast. Slight variation every day.

A little noisy and not enough cleaning staff during a busy winter weekend.
Good location. Front desk very helpful. Hot breakfast, including some nice cold options. Hot coffee always available.

The morning staff on Sunday was so rude and not helpful at all we asked for extra pillows did not receive them we asked for towels got one and a hand towel the service from her was horrible as a customer

The gap in the bathroom door in room 139 makes for no privacy. Needs to be fixed asap
There was a problem with the pool heater and it was fixed the following day after we reported it.

Just before checking out I decided to use the bathroom. Couldn’t get out as the door came off track and couldn’t be opened. Fortunately I was staying in room with a friend who went to front desk for assistance. No maintenance person was working. Finally was able to get door opened by my friend and a housekeeper working together to wedge a scissors under part of door off the track. If I had been alone in room there would have been no way for me to get help as no phone/emergency call to front desk available in bathroom and one doesn’t usually bring personal cell phone into bathroom with them.
Hot breakfast was very good with a variety of items offered. Location was perfect: only 5 minutes from the pickup place where the tourbus we were using was, immaculately clean and modern room.

The door to room had gaps when shut. Could hear people in hallway with door shut and could hear people in other rooms. Very thin walls.

There was nothing negative about this hotel or anything I felt could be better.
The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to downtown Concord. I only stayed for one night but it met all of my expectations. The room was clean and the availability of the small market at the front desk allowed for a quick snack before I was on to my next destination.

When I arrived at the front desk, the first thing I was told was ,"Just so you know, you can't park under the portico." I was then assigned Rm 125. There was an intermittent and incessant noise coming from the next room, which lasted all night long, making for a very poor night's sleep. I got out of bed and investigated and found that the adjacent room was the Pool Room, whose circulation pump was the source of the noise. I will be sure to avoid this room in the future, and, in the future, I expect to be told about similar adverse room environments.
The location and breakfast were as expected.

The room was a little cramped and the bathroom had a barn door which was noisy to open & close. The hotel is being renovated so maybe they are making improvements. Also, there was some machine making noise all night so we couldn’t get much sleep.
The location was great- right off the highway. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The humid, dampness in the room was very uncomfortable The sheets ,my clothes , my skin and shoes all felt a damp coldness, that you couldn't get rid of. And due to flooded gym, that wasn't accessible either. I know mother nature is unpredictable but we don't see or hear any we're sorry here's a little extra off your bill or something even remotelyresembling sorry for your inconvenience. Rooms are definitely not cheap anywhere anymore .
